In World of Warcraft: Forever, players will be able to reserve their character names before the servers even go live. This guide explains the details about who qualifies for Early Name Reservations and when these reservations will take place.
World of Warcraft: Forever Name Reservations
Players who pre-purchase any version of World of Warcraft: Forever will gain access to Early Name Reservations. Early Name Reservations will become available beginning October 27th and will remain open through November 3rd. Character names are limited to a first-come, first-served basis. As a result, desired names cannot be guaranteed if they have already been taken.
Name reservations will become available at the following times on October 27th:
- Europe: October 27 at 18:00 CET
- North America: October 27 at 1:00 p.m. PDT
- Korea: October 28 at 07:00 KST
- Taiwan: October 28 at 07:00 CST
Players will be able to reserve a total of three names across all rule sets. For example, if you create two names on the PvP Ruleset, you’ll only be able to create one more character on the Normal or RP Ruleset.
As a reminder, Name Reservations only apply to the specific WoW account that World of Warcraft: Forever was purchased on.
