Arms Warrior Talent Builds for World of Warcraft: Forever
For dungeons and raids, we recommend a two-handed Arms build centered
on 
Mortal Strike. 
Sweeping Strikes makes Arms especially
useful, provided you can keep two enemies close together.
Mortal Strike Two Handed Build
This 35/16/0 build takes Mortal Strike alongside
Bloodthrill, which makes 
Rend worth keeping on
your target. Your main hand melee attacks against that enemy can
activate 
Overpower, so Rend gives you more Overpowers
to use between Mortal Strikes.
You'll switch between 
Battle Stance for Overpower
and 
Berserker Stance for 
Whirlwind, with
Improved Tactical Mastery helping you keep Rage through those
stance swaps. The point in 
Improved Slam also lets
Slam fit between your other attacks without delaying your
weapon swings. 
Spearing Strike adds another attack in Battle
Stance and is particularly useful against Giants and Dragonkin.
Sweeping Strikes is one of the best skills in this
build when there are two nearby enemies to hit. The main limitation
is Rage, since you have several attacks competing for it. Using
Heroic Strike or 
Cleave too often can leave you
unable to afford Mortal Strike or Overpower
when they're ready.
