Elemental Shaman Talent Builds for World of Warcraft: Forever
Elemental Shamans mostly rely on a single PvE endgame build which is fully optimized for DPS nodes at the cost of almost all utility capabilities. By dropping the least useful DPS talents, they also have strong utility for PvP, open world gameplay, and leveling.
Elemental PvE Talent Build
This build focuses on getting all possible DPS increases, no matter how small,
such as 
Ancestral Knowledge and 
Shamanistic Focus.
Flexible points would come out of these two talents and likely go into 
Water Shield
in situations where you expect to be attacked directly and 
Earthbound
for added crowd control, or 
Elemental Warding for more defensive power.
PvP / World / Leveling Talent Build
This build performs the swaps suggested above, gaining the higher Mana sustain of
Water Shield, the added crowd control from Earthbound, and while
there are no points left for Elemental Warding, it picks up
Improved Reincarnation for more baseline Health and a much
better Reincarnation ability.
