There are ten quests players can pick up for Ruins of Lordaeron. Out of these teb quests, six of them are Horde-only, and four of them are Alliance-only.

The Highly Toxic Strain required for this quest drops from Witherfang, the first
boss in Ruins of Lordaeron. Rewards:  Blight Gloves Plaguefang |

This questline starts from a drop from The Baron, which everyone in the group can
loot. This starts a quick multi-quest chain. Rewards:  Grave Shroud
