Wailing Caverns Dungeon Quests
There are 7 quests players can pick up for Wailing Caverns. Out of these, 2 of them are Horde-exclusive.

Nalpak 46.4 33.7 in The Barrens |
Nalpak, and other Wailing Caverns NPCs can be reached by climbing the mountain behind the
entrance to Wailing Caverns, and dropping above the left eye of the skull that adorns the dungeon's
entrance.
The quest requires looting 20  Deviate Hides. These can be looted from beasts both
inside and outside the instance, but due to the nature of round robin loot, this quest usually
requires multiple Wailing Caverns runs.

Crane Operator Bigglefuzz 63.0 37.6 in The Barrens |
This quest requires obtaining the  99-Year-Old Port from Mad Magglish, who's
located outside the instance proper, on the tunnels leading to the dungeon. Always follow to
the right when entering the Wailing Caverns cave and you'll eventually find him.
This quest has no gear rewards. |

Requires completion of the quest Raptor Horns to unlock.
The  Wailing Essences from this quest can drop from Devouring Ectoplasm mobs both
inside and outside the dungeon.

Ebru, and other Wailing Caverns NPCs can be reached by climbing the mountain behind the
entrance to Wailing Caverns, and dropping above the left eye of the skull that adorns the dungeon's
entrance.
The quest requires killing 7 Deviate Ravagers, Vipers, Shambler and Dreadfangs, all located inside the instance proper. You will easily complete this quest in a single Wailing Caverns run, provided you finish the dungeon. Quest rewards:  Pattern: Deviate Scale Belt Sizzle Stick Dagmire Gauntlets |

 Glowing Shard from Mutanus the Devourer |
This quest starts from an item that drops from Mutanus the Devourer, the final boss in Wailing
Caverns. The follow-up will bring you to Falla Sagewind atop the mountain hosting the
Wailing Caverns dungeon, then either to Darnassus or Thunder Bluff, depending on your faction.

Serpentbloom can be looted from the ground both inside and outside the instance, but as their
numbers are somewhat limited, this quest usually requires multiple Wailing Caverns runs.
