Druid Class Quest Guide for World of Warcraft: Forever
As you level your character, your will unlock unique Druid class quests that offer key abilities, like most of our Shapeshifts. While every race gets the same unlocks, sometimes their individual quest lines might differ, so make sure to click the button below so you can get information on all the class quests for your specific race.
Bear Form - Level 10
Bear Form is the first shapeshift you will unlock and you can start the quest for it at Level 10.
- Return to your class trainer and accept the Heeding the Call quest. It will send you to Darnassus regardless of where you pick it up.
- Follow the quest to Darnassus where you will pick up Moonglade which will
ask you to use your
Teleport: Moonglade spell to travel to Moonglade.
- Pick up Great Bear Spirit in Moonglade. It will direct you to a Bear Spirit in the north-east of the zone. Complete it. If your hearthstone is set to Darnassus or a nearby village then you can use it here. Otherwise, talk to the Flightmaster in Moonglade to get a free ride back.
- Turn in the quest, then pick up the Body and Heart follow-up. The spirit you seek
is in a cave to the east of Auberdine (coordinates 42, 45). It can be a little tough
to kill the enemies in the area so try and only pull one at a time. Use
Entangling Roots
if you need to take a breather from the enemies hitting you. This is the final step of the
chain and you will learn
Bear Form when you turn it in.
- Return to your class trainer and accept the Heeding the Call quest. It will send you to Thunder Bluff regardless of where you pick it up.
- Follow the quest to Thunder Bluff where you will pick up Moonglade which will
ask you to use your Teleport: Moonglade spell to travel to Moonglade.
- Pick up the Great Bear Spirit quest in Moonglade. It will direct you to a Bear Spirit in the north-east of the zone. Complete it. It is usually best to use your hearthstone from here to return to the early Tauren zones where you were likely questing.
- Turn in the quest, then pick up the Body and Heart follow up. The spirit you seek
is in a cave to the west of Camp Taurajo in the middle of the Barrens zone (coordinates 42, 60).
It can be a little tough to kill the enemies in the area so try and only pull one at a time.
Use Entangling Roots if you need to take a break from the enemies hitting you.
This is the final step of the chain and you will be rewarded with Bear Form when you turn it in.
- Talk to Urs'endris in the eastern area of the Skyborne starting zone, Zephras Isle. Your Druid trainer will also help direct you here, but it is optional to speak to them first. Accept the Strength and Mercy quest.
- Travel to the marked cave toward the center of the zone (coordinates 53, 64).
Approach the cave from the northern side, not the southern side, in order to gain
access to the cave. Kill Ur'endra there and then return to the quest giver to unlock Bear Form.
Skyborne is by far the fastest race to get Bear Form on.
Aquatic Form - Level 16
Aquatic Form is the next class quest unlock, and it is a non-combat form that
allows you to swim faster underwater, and removes the need to come up for air. It
is a somewhat long quest, and we would recommend you wait until Level 18-20 to start it.
Alternatively you can start the quest and then just complete each section whenever
you are in the same area as the quest objective, which will be saving you some time.
This class quest is the exact same, no matter which race you play as.
- Travel to your Druid trainer in Darnassus (Alliance) or Thunder Bluff (Horde) to start A Lesson to Learn.
- Teleport to Moonglade and follow the quest to Dendrite Starblaze. Remember to cast
Teleport: Moonglade spell to get there quickly.
- He will ask you to locate a Bauble in the big lake in the middle of Moonglade. The Bauble will always spawn at the bottom of the lake but can be in a few places. Remember to come up for air!
- Once found, bring it to the Shrine of Remulos toward the west of Moonglade (its name is marked on your map).
- Pick up the follow-up quest "Trial of the Sea Lion". It will ask you to find two halves of a pendant which are both quite far from here.
Alliance: First half in northern Darkshore (Coordinates 49, 11). It is next to a pair
of large rocks. Second half is off the western coast of Westfall (coordinates: 18, 33). It
is to the west of a broken ship. Beware of Murlocs.
Horde: First half found in a chest in Sludge Fen pond in the Barrens. You will find it
in a chest there (coordinates: 57, 8). Second half found in Silverpine Forest (coordinates: 30, 29).
It is very far west in the ocean.
Cat Form - Level 20
Cat Form is the final form that you will unlock via a class quest. It is a melee
DPS form that uses Energy as a resource. The quest is mostly the same for all races since
it takes place in the neutral Moonglade zone.
This class quest is the exact same, no matter which race you play as.
- Travel to Moonglade via Teleport: Moonglade.
- Look for the quest giver in the southern part of the zone to start the quest (coordinates 44, 73). Pick up The Great Cat Spirit.
- The quest will ask you to recover three relics, but all three are found in the "Stormrage Barrow Den" area to the east of the zone. Travel through the burrow and recover all three relics.
- Return to the quest giver in Moonglade to unlock Cat Form.
