Easily defeated her with legendary quest rogue deck, kolento's legendary quest warrior deck on the other hand didn't work as well.

Not working for me. I used Binding Heal on Valithria, raising her health to 6, and she is listed as a 30/5, so this should be a full heal, but she still wasn't able to attack.  What's wrong?

Did you use spells that raise her HP, like Power Word: Shield? If so, she is still damaged after Binding Heal. If not, it is a bug. You will probably have to restart the game.

Actually the legendaries weren't important at all. You can change them. The most important were:

I used priest as well, but with a slightly different strategy...

I had the idea of setting Valithria's health total to 3 through the use of Confuse/Crazed Alchemist + lesser heal. This would allow the dragon to attack every turn for just the cost of your hero power. The combo would cost 5-6 mana (only 5 mana if you have a Voodoo Doctor in hand. You would first need to heal her up to 3 health. Then, play Confuse or Crazed Alchemist followed by another Confuse or Crazed Alchemist. This will swap her attack and health twice, leaving you with a 30/3 dragon.

I still included many of the traditional heal spells that you see common to other Deathwhisper decks. The Confuse combo is probably unnecessary, but I found it to be more fun. :)

The only thing that can become a hindrance are the multiple taunt minions. I included silences like Mass Dispel, Ironbeak Owl, and Silence to remove the taunt ability. (The latter two can also be used on Valithria if you are looking at lethal and don't have the ability to heal her up for some reason.) I also included spells to outright destroy the minions- Shadow Word: Pains and Shadow Word: Horrors for Deathlord and Lil' Exorcist; Shadow Word: Deaths and a Holy Fire for the bigger threats like Evil Heckler and Cobalt Scalebane. (I also included a Pint-Size Potion for use with SW: Horror, but this did not come into play in my victory.)
