Rathma build now with a melee generator? This build is depressingly squishy how is it supposed to work? I think we need a rework to this version https://maxroll.gg/guides/rathma-skeletal-mage-necromancer-guide

Strange that you've only rated Masquerade Bone Spear Necro as "High" when people are saying it's going to be the tippy top best of the best this season

I noticed that too. In the drop down for Necro it's listed as "Top" as well. I'll probably play this one anyway, since Haedrig's is the Masquerade set.
