Tier 18 sets were introduced with the second raid tier of Warlords of Draenor: Hellfire Citadel. Shamans have 3 Tier 18 sets: Normal set (item level 695), Heroic set (item level 710), and Mythic set (item level 725). Pieces for Tier 18 sets cannot be obtained through LFR.

Pieces for the Tier 18 Normal set are created by tokens that drop from select bosses from Hellfire Citadel, in Normal difficulty.

• Shoulders: Pauldrons of the Living Mountain, dropped by Xhul'horac
• Chest: Robe of the Living Mountain, dropped by Mannoroth
• Hands: Gauntlets of the Living Mountain, dropped by Socrethar the Eternal
• Legs: Leggings of the Living Mountain, dropped by Gorefiend
