Labyrinth of Kindo'jan Guide: Everything to Know About the Mega-Delve

Last Updated: Oct 12, 2026 - 3:58 AM (today)

Midnight Patch 12.1.5 introduces a brand new type of delve content: the Labyrinth. Read on to learn how the Labyrinth of Kindo'jan works, how to unlock its secrets, and what kinds of rewards to expect from its hallowed halls!

1.

What is a Labyrinth?

Solo players and Delve fanatics everywhere, rejoice! The Labyrinth of Kindo'jan has arrived with the advent of Midnight Patch 12.1.5, and is designed as a type of "mega-delve." The Labyrinth of Kindo'jan is the first of its kind in the game, boasting a whopping 9 separate chambers, each with its own event and miniboss. Players will certainly have their hands full working through this new maze!

The Labyrinth arrives with its own exclusive renown journey and unique zone-specific rewards, a myriad of secrets and hidden power-ups, and so much more! It even offers its own Nemesis Boss, Kindo'Jan, who offers a unique challenge that is only available after players have conquered the entire complex in a single session.

Important Note! Leaving the Labyrinth does NOT currently save your progress. If you are hoping to achieve a full clear, ensure you have the time set aside to do so!
1.1.

How Does the Labyrinth Work?

While each individual chamber of Kindo'jan's Labyrinth alone serves as its own mini-delve, three chambers together are roughly equivalent to another single Midnight delve. Every three chambers of Kindo'jan's Labyrinth grants an additional two Heavy Trunks, one Bountiful Coffer, and one Great Vault slot to players. In order to unlock the next difficulty, players must complete three chambers at their current difficulty.

Entering each new chamber also grants a new revive, a chance to adjust Valeera's talents or repair, and a new spot to rest up. Every wing's storylines and minibosses rotate every time players re-enter the Labyrinth. While some storylines are traditional fill-the-meter and kill-the-boss style objectives, some require puzzles, treasure hunting, and more!

2.

Finding Labyrinth of Kindo'jan

The Labyrinth is a sprawling Amani funeral complex located just north of the Amani Pass, nestled in the mountains bordering Eversong Woods.

Getting into the Labyrinth

Making it to Kindo'jan's resting place is just the first step; next, you must get inside! To do so, grab the quest The Labyrinth from Kul'amara the Fierce in Tokka's Landing, or pick up the quest from your Adventure Guide or in front of the Labyrinth itself. The quest chain properly begins with Dangers Untold and Hardships Unnumbered, which will walk you through the first chamber of the Labyrinth and teach you the basics. Along the way, you will meet Kinduru, who will aid you in unlocking two more chambers before you are forced to end this first run.

Upon completing the first few quests, you will be rewarded with the Kinduru's Spiriting Quill Icon Kinduru's Spiriting Quill toy, and the Labyrinth of Kindo'jan is now unlocked for your Warband.

3.

Labyrinth of Kindo'jan Layout

Upon zoning into the Labyrinth, you will undoubtedly notice the sheer size of the map:

However, you are quite constrained until you begin to work your way through the first few wings. When first entering the Labyrinth, all your paths will be locked, and it is only through completing wings that the spirits will begin to open up new paths for you. Talking to Kinduru after completing a wing will provide you the opportunity to fly to one of two new pathways, or to head to the treasure room and then exit the Labyrinth.

4.

While players will receive credit towards their Delvers' Journey as they complete chambers within the Labyrinth, it also has its own exclusive Journey with unique, zone-specific rewards.

Secrets and Treasures

Kindo'jan's Labyrinth holds numerous secrets within its mass of walls and passageways. While a number of secrets are locked behind the Labyrinth Journey, there are still plenty of opportunities to discover treasure before you have fully unlocked your Labyrinth renown rewards.

4.1.1.

Chests

There are a total of 44 one-time Ancient Chests located throughout the Labyrinth, offering reputation, decor, Delve or Labyrinth renown progress, gold, Corrosive Coin Icon Corrosive Coins, Voidlight Marl Icon Voidlight Marl, and more! You will also find any number of random Mislaid Treasure chests throughout the chambers as you progress, which can contain cosmetics, but also stat boons that persist for the duration of your Labyrinth adventure!

4.1.2.

Flooded Chamber

Within the central chamber of the Labyrinth, along the east side, Kinduru hints that perhaps he has squirreled away a treasure or two beneath some particularly tempting waterfalls. If you find the right spot to dive and bring some fire damage along, you may find some additional secrets within Kinduru's hidden chamber.

If your class does not natively offer any fire damage, you still have a few options!

  • Your Omnium Folio Rune of Unleashed Fire Icon Rune of Unleashed Fire;
  • If you have progressed to or beyond Rank 2 in the Labyrinth Journey, you may be lucky enough to find the Fiery Hexmask on your run. One hit from this companion will get you right into the secret room.

Within the Flooded Chamber, you will find 5 additional chests, offering Mistcrests and an extra Blessed Loa Armament Icon Blessed Loa Armament.

4.1.3.

Hexmasks and the Locked Room

After reaching Rank 2 in your Labyrinth Journey, you will begin to discover elemental Hexmasks in several different rooms. Each one offers a different elemental power, and accompanies you for the remainder of your run.

Additionally, reaching Rank 2 will randomly generate a Locked Room somewhere in the Labyrinth, and spawn the Keeper of the Key somewhere else. Killing the Keeper rewards you with his Archaic Amani Key Icon Archaic Amani Key; bringing that key to the Locked Room rewards you with even more treasure!

4.1.4.

Loa-Sealed Chambers

Beginning at Rank 3 in your Labyrinth Journey, the Loa will begin to permit you passage through their locked rooms, where you can obtain toys, permanent passive effects that activate for all future Labyrinth runs, and access to special Warbound glove enchants that can trigger inside any Delve content.

Do not just visit these Loa-Sealed Rooms once! Though they only provide the Ancient Chests a single time, the rooms will continue to contain Mislaid Curiosities, which are always worth looting for the stat buffs and other boons they give within the Labyrinth!

Below is a Labyrinth of Kindo'jan map with possible Hexmask, Locked Room, and all Loa-Sealed Chamber locations marked on it:

4.1.5.

Spiritual Conduits

Besides the randomly-looted boons from Mislaid Curiosities, Spiritual Conduits, unlocked by reaching Rank 6 of the Labyrinth Journey, are one of the biggest buffs offered inside the Labyrinth. Unfortunately these buffs are only temporary, but they are absolutely worth grabbing anytime you happen to see one!

5.

Rewards and Achievements

Of course, the various chests throughout Kindo'jan's Labyrinth offer gold, Voidlight Marl Icon Voidlight Marl, Undercoin Icon Undercoin, Corrosive Coin Icon Corrosive Coins, and some Warbound Champion gear, as most delves do. However, you will also find a vast collection of new cosmetics, some new decor, and, perhaps most exciting for returning players or those who are eager to work on alts, some actual valuable gear rewards!

That's right! The Labyrinth of Kindo'jan is always Bountiful and those Bountiful Coffers can drop Heroic Soul Fragment Icon Heroic Soul Fragments. For every 3 fragments collected, players can create a 2/6 Hero track item. Additionally, players may find several Blessed Loa Armament Icon Blessed Loa Armament, which, while they may only be 1/5 Hero track, permit the player to choose exactly the armor slot they would like to obtain.

For players seeking even greater power, Wah'du appears weekly in the Labyrinth, asking you to clear a wing of his choice on difficulty 8 or above. As a reward, Wah'du offers a Mythical Soul Fragment Icon Mythical Soul Fragment.
