Complete Guide to World Events in WoW: The War Within

World Events in the War Within expansions are activities you can complete for rewards. They are available when you reach maximum level. Some may be gated behind additional Renown requirements.

Currently, we have four main world events available to players in Khaz Algar. These can be completed for gear, Renown, and gear upgrade currencies, like crests and Valorstones.

The Worldsoul Memory event makes you confront Azeroth's memories for Valorstones and Coffer Key Shards it can be completed repeatedly so long as you have Radiant Echoes to start it.

Theater Troupe is a world event that takes place at the Isle of Dorn. Players can complete it for gear, crests, and reputation with the Renown factions.

Awakening the Machine takes place in the Ringing Deeps. The event revolves around defending Speaker Kuldas from cumulative waves of enemies. We have a separate guide covering the event and rewards linked below.

The final event takes place at Hallowfall and the main objective is to aid the lamplighters in their fight against enemies. You will learn more about the event in our dedicated guide.
