How to Unlock and Upgrade the Reshii Wraps Artifact Cloak in Patch 11.2

Reshii Wraps is an upgradeable Artifact cloak introduced in Patch 11.2.0: Ghosts of K'aresh. It this guide, you will learn how to unlock it, what the customization options are, and how to further upgrade it.

You must complete four chapters of the Ghosts of K'aresh campaign, ending with the That's a Wrap quest to unlock Reshii Wraps. Your alts can either redo the whole campaign again or simply skip it. Then, they need to talk to Hashim (Reshii Wraps Upgrader) located at 50, 36, in Overlook Zo'Shull in K'aresh who will have a new dialogue option available for the cloak. Once selected, your alt will receive their Reshii Wraps.

Reshii Wraps comes with the Ethereal Energy effect, which attributes you a different buff, depending on your current specialization.

• Ethereal Protection (Tank Buff); Your spells and abilities have a high chance to coalesce the energy around you, granting you a shield that reduces damage taken by 20% up to a total damage. Upon falling below 40% health, gain this effect at 500% effectiveness. This effect may only occur once every 6 minutes.
• Ethereal Reconstitution (Healer Buff); Your helpful spells and abilities have a chance to gather dormant energy to heal an injured ally. Overhealing from this effect gains an absorb shield for 20 seconds.
• Ethereal Reaping (DPS Buff); Your harmful spells and abilities have a chance to focus latent energies around you to deal Arcane damage split between your target and nearby enemies. Enemies below 35% health take 20% additional damage.

Ethereal Energy can be further improved with items from the Manaforge: Omega raid. Specifically, four Feet armor pieces will come with the Reshii Grace item effect that reads: "The powers of your Reshii Wraps are triggered 50% more frequently."

These items drop from Adarus Duskblaze in the raid.

• Interloper's Silken Striders (Cloth Feet);
• Interloper's Reinforced Sandals (Leather Feet);
• Interloper's Chain Boots (Mail Feet);
• Interloper's Plated Sabatons (Plate Feet).

Dimensius the All-Devouring, the final boss of the raid drops the Band of the Shattered Soul ring comes with an item effect that interacts with your Reshii Wraps called Band of the Shattered Soul, which makes the powers of your Reshii Wraps also reduce COsmic damage taken by 50% for 20 seconds up to a certain threshold.

A special type of sockets called Fiber sockets are available for Reshii Wraps. These allow you to select the secondary stat you would like to have on your cloak.

Currently, there are four Fiber sockets that Tailors can craft:

• Pure Precise Fiber: Grants +Crit to your Reshii Wraps.
• Pure Chronomatic Fiber: Grants your Reshii Wraps +Haste.
• Pure Energizing Fiber: Grants your cloak +Mastery.
• Pure Dexterous Fiber: Grants your cloak +Versatility.

You can freely switch between Fiber sockets without destroying them when you buy Ethereal Seam Ripper from Hashim.

Ethereal Strands is the currency needed to upgrade your Reshii Wraps. You can get them by killing raid bosses in the Manaforge: Omega raid, completing Delves, Mythic+ dungeons, and Warrant quests in K'aresh.

The upgrade process is timegated, allowing you to only upgrade the cloak once per week, with a catch-up system available for those who miss a week.

3 Ethereal Strands are needed for a single upgrade, which unlocks a talent in the Reshii Wraps tree and increases the cloak's item level by 7. It is important to note that Ethereal Energy procs and the number of secondary stats granted from Fiber sockets will grow in power as you upgrade the cloak.

Reshii Wraps comes with its own perk tree that consists of five tiers. Here is a list of all the perks you can unlock:

• Boon of the Reshii: Enhance the powers of your Reshii Wraps. Unlock the power for the wraps to attune to your specialization granting you Ethereal Protection (Tank) / Ethereal Reconstitution (Healer) / Ethereal Reaping (DPS)
• Secrets of the Depths: You gain access to secret rooms in Delves.
• Orbs of Power: Enemies killed during Phase Diving have a chance to create an energy orb that increases your Primary Stat by 5% for 5 minutes. Allows the use of ground mounts while Phase Diving.
• What Lies Beyond: Allows you to see phased objects in the world while Phase Diving.
• Regalia of the Reshii: Unlocks the appearance of two cosmetics: Reshii Hood and Reshii Mantle.

Some raid boss encounters in the Manaforge: Omega raid will come with mechanics that require players to interact with their Reshii Wraps Artifact cloak. It also grants you access to secret rooms inside Delves, and Phase Diving, a new activity native to K'aresh.

Use your Reshii Wraps to enter untethered space and uncover rare creatures, quests, and rewards, throughout K'aresh.
