- Tanks will take a severe amount of damage from Mutlilate.
Stage One
Surgeon Stitchfles assaults enemies from the safety of his worktable.
Noxious Fog
Surgeon Stitchflesh's work area is filled with a noxious fog that protects him from harm.
Inflicts 4,426 Plague damage every 1 sec. to nearby enemies.
Awaken Creation
Stitchflesh awakens one of his monstrous creations and douses them with 
Festering Rot.
Meat Hook
The construct hurls its meat hook through the air, pulling the first target hit to its location.
Inflicts 8,852 Physical damage to players.
Mutlilate
Inflicts 14,384 Physical damage to an enemy.
Festering Rot
Stitchflesh's creation is drenched in a rotting liquid that inflicts 44 Plague damage to all enemies every 3 sec.
This effect stacks.
Embalming Ichor
Stitchflesh throws a jar of his embalming ichor, inflicting 3,319 Plague damage to all players within 4.5 yds and leaving behind a puddle of 
Embalming Ichor.

Standing in the disgusting fluids inflicts 2,213 Plague damage every 1 sec.
Stitchneedle
Stitchflesh throws a sharp needle, inflicting 1,659 Physical damage and causing the player to bleed for 331 Physical damage every 1 sec. for 10 sec.
Stage Two
Once pulled into the arena, Surgeon Stitchflesh joins the fray with his murderous cleaver.
Sever Flesh
Surgeon Stitchflesh inflicts 8,852 Physical damage to his current target.
Morbid Fixation
Surgeon Stitchflesh fixates on a nearby target for 8 sec, increasing his damage done by 100% but reducing movement speed by 60%.
Embalming Ichor
Stitchflesh throws a jar of his embalming ichor, inflicting 3,319 Plague damage to all players within 4.5 yds and leaving behind a puddle of Embalming Ichor.

Standing in the disgusting fluids inflicts 2,213 Plague damage every 1 sec.
Escape
After a short period of time Stitchflesh escapes to the safety of his worktable.
