Adderis, Aspix, and Mobs in the Area
Notable Trash before Adderis and Aspix
- Use your defensives when Barbed Krolusk applies
Serrated Charge
Bleed on you. The damage is quite serious and can be lethal in combination with other
factors and mobs in the area. - Use your crowd control spells to stop Sandswept Hunter's
Arrow Barrage
cast. - Interrupt Storm Adept's
Lightning Bolt. - Try to stop the Shrouded Fang's
Poisoned Cheap Shot from
going through, as it could turn out to be lethal.
Adderis and Aspix Boss Guide
All Roles
- Pay attention to Aspix & Adderis's
Storm Blessed
shield as it will make one of them immune to damage; constantly switch to the one that
does not have the shield ON! - Soak each
Thunder and Lightning as a team; the more players soak, the less
damage you will take. - Place
Tempest Winds in an appropriate space within proximity to the save-up
place. - Be careful to get knocked into a pack of mobs or any existing
Tempest Winds
during each
Gale Force.
Tank
- Use your active mitigation for each
Overload cast.
Healer
- Focus-heal any party member that gets
Gust.
Merektha and Trash Mobs in the Area
Notable Trash Before Merektha
- Dodge the
Scouring Sand frontal coming from Sand-Sworn Rider.
In addition, he will occasionally cast
Swarming Krolusks, which will be tough
to handle due to their constant
Serrated Charge
Bleed effect, so make
sure you nuke Sand-Sworn Rider as quickly as you can. - Move away from the Lightning Serpent's
Serpent's Stormcall
puddles. - If your team has
Poison dispel, you should remove Poisonous Viper's
Cytotoxin constantly. - IMPORTANTInterrupt or stop the Faithless Subjugator from finishing its
Addle Mind cast.
Merektha Boss Guide
All Roles
- Use disturb effects to remove
A Knot of Snakes
and kill all of the Snakes. - Dodge all the
Lingering Storm ground puddles
coming from
Thunder Spit. - During each
Hatch phase, try to cleave first
the Storm Serpent as she has 2x the HP of the regular
Toxic Vipers. - Dodge the
Burrow charge; it will likely kill you
on the higher-level keys.
Tank
- Use your active mitigation when
Lightning Bite occurs. - Do your best to stack all Snakes after each
A Knot of Snakes.
Healer
- Use your major healing cooldowns during the
Serpentstorm channel.
Galvazzt and Trash Mobs in the Area
Notable Trash Before Galvazzt
- Dispel & Purge the
Accumulate Charge of Agitated Nimbus
and use your defensives when they cast their
Release Charge AoE. - Interrupt Imbued Stormcaller's
Lightning Bolt.
Healers should be focused on dispelling the
Imbued Conduction debuff
as often as they can. - Use your defensives when you get low, as multiple Static Anomaly
can just 1-shot you with their
Spark Step random jump (be spread out to avoid
further damage).
Galvazzt Boss Guide
All Roles
- Soak the
Lightning Spire to prevent Galvazzt to claim
Galvanized stacks. The best way to soak those 3 pylons to prevent this
is to rotate defensives and use the tank as much as you can. - Beware of
Induction as it does group-wide damage; if you are low, consider
using an HP pot to prevent taking lethal damage. Stay away from the
Induction Field
after-effect.
Tank
- Try to soak as many pylos as you can, since you are the most durable member of your party.
Healer
- Spot-heal any person that soaks the pylons.
- Top-up your party before each
Induction AoE blast.
Avatar of Sethraliss and Trash Mobs in the Area
Notable Trash Before Avatar of Sethraliss
Before you unlock the final gate towards Avatar of Sethraliss you must complete the puzzle event in The Bazaar of Watchful Eyes. Here is how to do it quickly.
- You don't need to defeat any mobs in this area, as long as you prevent Temple Disruptor from casting his ability onto the Eye of Sethraliss and Orb Watcher from auto-attacking you, the event will be completed.
- Common strategy is to heavy crowd-control Temple Disruptor
and tank Orb Watcher outside of the Eye of Sethraliss
area to allow your team to
Siphon Energy and complete the event.
Avatar of Sethraliss Boss Guide
All Roles
- The primary focus of the fight is to defeat as quickly as you can the Essence Defiler
since they are the ones preventing your party from healing Avatar of Sethraliss
with their
Defiling Taint. Any other NPCs that spawn are secondary targets and to be
cleaved. - Once you defeat Corrupted Guardian, make sure to soak the follow-up ground puddles to avoid your team from wiping. They create vulnerability, so its best to have 1 soak per person.
- Interrupt Twisted Hexxer's
Flame Shock. - When Faithless Tormentors spawn, use your crowd-control abilities
to prevent them from reaching your healer and cast
Shadowlash on them.
Tank
- Quickly build up threat when Corrupted Guardian spawns and use your
active mitigation when appropriate for their
Tainted Strike tank buster.
Before defeating it, make sure you place it in one of the corners to make
Unstable Corruption
ground puddle easier to maneuver through. This way, your team can
have full uptime DPS when fighting Essence Defiler and
Twisted Hexxer.
Healer
- Be mindful of Twisted Hexxer's
Latent Hex debuff;
once its removed or expired, it will trigger
Hex Muck, which deals heavy damage
to your group. - When
Fixate by Faithless Tormentors, run away from them
to avoid the
Shadowlash. - Heal-up Avatar of Sethraliss once Essence Defiler is dead.
