Burning Crusade Timewalking Guide: Dungeons, Raid, Vendor, & Rewards

Burning Crusade Timewalking is a recurring event where players can revisit and complete Timewalking versions of dungeons from the Burning Crusade expansion for Timewarped Badges, which can be spent on mounts, pets, transmog, weapons, and more. You will also be able to revisit one of the most iconic raids of World of Warcraft while it is active!

The Burning Crusade Timewalking hub is located in Shattrath City, where you'll find both Vormu and Cupri, the questgivers and vendors for this event. Look for the Timewalking icon on your map to locate them, or refer to the image below:

Like many of the older expansions' Timewalking events, Burning Crusade Timewalking offers both six TBC dungeons AND a TBC raid to explore. Players can queue up for the raid in Shattrath City by talking with Vormu.

Six dungeons from the Burning Crusade expansion have been brought back for Timewalking:

• The Blood Furnace
• The Botanica
• Mana-Tombs
• Magister's Terrace (BC version)
• The Shattered Halls
• The Underbog

When Burning Crusade Timewalking is available, players can queue for a Timewalking version of Black Temple and experience the full 9-boss raid in a Timewalking setting. Vormu offers the quest Disturbance Detected: Black Temple, asking players to kill Illidan Stormrage in Black Temple. Completing this quest will award Cache of Timewarped Treasures, which contains Timewarped Badges, a guaranteed piece of gear, and a chance at other raid-relevant items. For Burning Crusade Timewalking, this cache can even reward Ashes of Al'ar or Reins of the Infinite Timereaver, or any of the Black Temple-specific battle pets.

Of particular note in Black Temple Timewalking is the special transmog, Arsenal: The Warglaives of Azzinoth, which are a Demon Hunter ONLY account-wide transmog resembling the legendary Burning Crusade weapons, the Warglaives of Azzinoth. In order to obtain this exclusive transmog, you will need to ensure you do the following:

1. Have already obtained the Warglaives of Azzinoth achievement on ANY character on your account.
2. Kill Illidan Stormrage in Timewalking Black Temple on ANY character on that same account as above. You will then receive I'll Hold These For You Until You Get Out, and the exclusive transmog for your Demon Hunter.
