Warlords of Draenor Timewalking Guide: Dungeons, Raid, Vendor, & Rewards

Warlords of Draenor Timewalking is a recurring event where players can revisit and complete Timewalking versions of dungeons from the Burning Crusade expansion for Timewarped Badges, which can be spent on mounts, pets, transmog, weapons, and more.

The Warlords of Draenor Timewalking hubs are located in each faction's main cities of operation for the expansion. For Alliance, this is Tempra in Stormshield (37.2 72.6); for Horde, this is Kronnus, in Warspear (42.8, 54.6). Look for the Timewalking icon on your map to locate them, or refer to the maps below:

Warlords of Draenor Timewalking offers six WoD dungeons to explore via the Dungeon Finder:

• Auchindoun;
• Bloodmaul Slag Mines;
• The Everbloom;
• Grimrail Depot (WoD version);
• Shadowmoon Burial Grounds (WoD version);
• Skyreach (WoD version).

Here are the most notable Timewalking rewards you can buy from Tempra or Kronnus. Highlights include three mounts for 5,000 badges each, two toys, and a number of WoD-exclusive transmog ensemble sets.

Max-level characters can pick up A Savage Path Through Time from Archmage Aethas Sunreaver in Silvermoon City, or via their adventure journal. Completing 5 Timewalking dungeons with this quest will reward a cache containing a Champion-level piece of loot for your appropriate specialization.

Characters below max level will be offered A Savage Journey Through Time upon completion of their first Timewalking dungeon of the week. Completing 5 Timewalking dungeons with this quest will reward a Timely Goodie Bag, which rewards an item appropriate to your specialization and current level.

The first Timewalking dungeon a character completes will reward The Shimmering Crystal, which will be turned in at the faction-appropriate Timewalking vendor. For your first turn-in of the week, the quest will reward 500 Timewarped Badges; subsequent characters will earn 200 badges.

Warlords of Draenor Timewalking week grants Sign of Iron, which buffs reputation gains by 50% for all the following reputations:

• Arakkoa Outcasts;
• Council of Exarchs (Alliance) or Frostwolf Orcs (Horde);
• Hand of the Prophet (Alliance) or Vol'jin's Headhunters (Horde);
• Laughing Skull Orcs (Horde) or Sha'tari Defense (Alliance);
• Order of the Awakened;
• The Saberstalkers;
• Steamwheedle Preservation Society;
• Vol'jin's Spear (Horde) or Wrynn's Vanguard (Alliance).

A number of these factions offer titles, progress towards WoD meta achievements, old recipes, toys, or unique transmog items on the way to Exalted reputation, but nearly all of them reward pets and mounts! Timewalking weeks are an easy time to tackle any remaining rep grinds you may have lingering in your Reputation tab.

For even faster reputation gains, ensure you have a Trading Post, Level 3, which is also necessary for the Laughing Skull Orcs (Horde) or Sha'tari Defense (Alliance) reps! Further reputation gains are possible through Medallion of the Legion use; these items drop from Tanaan Jungle rare elites, which you will be farming anyway for several of the reputations below.

The Arakkoa Outcasts have quest chains spread all throughout Spires of Arak and Talador, though the Quartermasters, Shadow-Sage Brakoss (Alliance) and Ravenspeaker Skeega (Horde), are located in the main faction hubs. Max-level mobs in Spires of Arak will grant reputation; as of Midnight, Lost Veil Anzu mobs are better for drops and reputation, so head to 74.2 45.1 in Spires of Arakk to get started.

Your reputation grind with the Arakkoa Outcasts will unlock the Son of Sethe battle pet at Revered, and a number of goodies at Exalted. The Shadowmane Charger is a WoD-style Talbuk mount. The Arakkoa Outcasts Tabard is also purchasable just for hitting Exalted. After reaching Exalted and finishing up a few other quests, players can obtain the Talon Queen or Talon King title.

The Council of Exarchs is an Alliance-only reputation associated with many of the primary questing areas in Warlords of Draenor. Honored reputation will unlock a Permanent Time Bubble toy, while Revered unlocks Relic of Karabor, which is effectively a second hearthstone to Karabor in Shadowmoon Valley. Revered will also grant access to the Draenei Micro Defender pet. At Exalted, players can purchase the Dusty Rockhide mount and the Council of Exarchs Tabard, and will also obtain the Prelate title. The Quartermaster, Vindicator Nuurem, is in Stormshield.

The reputation grind for Council of Exarchs is quite simple, and simply requires questing through Warlords of Draenor content. Shadowmoon Valley, Talador, and garrison questlines will be the most lucrative, with the And Justice for Thrall questline in Nagrand being a long and very notable chain for the amount of rep it grants.

Players can also head to the Elite areas of Shadowmoon Valley: Socrethar's Rise, in the south; Pillars of Fate, directly to the west bordering Spires of Arak; and Darktide Roost, the sole island off the southern coast. Killing mobs in these areas, particularly the rares, is a good way to farm rep if you have finished questing.

The Frostwolf Orcs is the Horde equivalent to the Council of Exarchs, though their reputation grinds and rewards are completely different. Honored reputation with the Frostwolf clan will unlock the Permanent Frost Essence toy, while Revered unlocks Bladespire Relic, which is effectively an additional Hearthstone to Frostfire Ridge. Revered also grants access to the adorable Frostwolf Pup pet. At Exalted, players can purchase the Swift Frostwolf mount and the Frostwolf Tabard, and will also obtain the of the Frostwolves title. The Quartermaster, Beska Redtusk, is in Warspear.

As with the Council of Exarchs, the reputation grind for the Frostwolf Orcs is simple, though not particularly fast. Frostfire Ridge, Talador, and the Horde garrison all have questlines that will reward Frostwolf rep. The Horde version of the And Justice for Thrall questline in Nagrand is also an excellent source of rep.

Players can also head to the Elite areas of Frostfire Ridge: Stonefury Cliffs, just by the Bloodmaul Slag Mines entrance; Magnarok, east of the Crackling Plains; and the Iron Siegeworks, in the very far east of the zone. Killing mobs here, especially rares, is a great way to farm out the last remaining bits of rep after you have finished your questing.

Vol'jin's Headhunters and Hand of the Prophet are faction-specific reputations associated with the max-level daily quest areas established in Tanaan Jungle in Patch 6.2. Both rep grinds reward a unique toy, ensemble cosmetic set, and the Deathtusk Felboar mount at Exalted.

Even with the help of the Sign of Iron reputation buff, grinding either of these reps to Exalted will be a bit of a slog, as the majority of the rep required comes from completing three to four daily quests in the Alliance and Horde max-level quest hubs in Tanaan Jungle, Lion's Watch and Vol'mar, respectively.

The majority of the quests required for In Pursuit of Gul'dan, the Garrison Campaign, also award Hand of the Prophet or Vol'jin's Headhunters reputation (depending upon your faction, of course). The Hand of the Prophet Quartermaster, Vindicator Krethos, is in Lion's Watch, while the Vol'jin's Headhunters Quartermaster, Shadow Hunter Denjai, is in Vol'mar.

The Laughing Skull Orcs are a Horde-only reputation connected specifically to the Level 2 Trading Post. Your Garrison's Trading Post MUST be Level 2 before you have access to the Laughing Skull Quartermaster, Kil'rip. There are no quest hubs or quests associated with this faction, but killing Elite mobs in The Pit, Gorgrond, or the wildlife mobs in Everbloom Wilds, will award reputation.

At Friendly reputation, players can purchase the Happy Fun Skull in stacks of 5. At Honored, you will find the Tickle Totem toy. At Revered, the Bone Wasp pet becomes purchasable, alongside three unique transmog appearances: Bloody Visage of the Laughing Skull, Frozen Visage of the Laughing Skull, and Visage of the Laughing Skull. Finally, reaching Exalted with the Laughing Skull Orcs will unlock the Ironside Warwolf for purchase, as well as the Laughing Skull Orcs Tabard, and the final transmog helm, the Golden Visage of the Laughing Skull. Reaching Exalted also rewards the Masked Chuckler title.

The Sha'tari Defense are an Alliance-only reputation connected specifically to the Level 2 Trading Post. Your Garrison's Trading Post MUST be Level 2 before you have access to the quartermaster, Maaria. There are no quest hubs or quests associated with this faction, but killing mobs in Shattrath's city and harbor areas, or killing mobs to the northeast in Bladefury Hold, will award reputation.

At Honored Reputation, the Soul Evacuation Crystal toy becomes available. At Revered, the Sky Fry pet becomes purchasable, alongside a unique transmog set called ShatariDefensePlate, and a Sha'tari Defender's Medallion toy. Finally, reaching Exalted with the Sha'tari Defense will unlock the Armored Irontusk for purchase, as well as the Sha'tari Defense Tabard. Reaching Exalted also rewards the Peacekeeper title.

The Order of the Awakened is associated with the max-level questing areas in Tanaan Jungle, added in Warlords of Draenor Patch 6.2. The Quartermaster, Dawn-Seeker Krisek, is accessible in Vol'mar for the Horde and Lion's Watch for the Alliance. Unfortunately, this reputation is not easily farmable, even under the best circumstances, as the Order of the Awakened only offers a single daily quest and a one-time introductory quest. The introductory quest, Unknowable Power, and the daily quest, Unseen Influence, both require you to farm Fel-Corrupted Apexis Fragments from Tanaan Jungle rare elites and one-time lootable chests.

Luckily, the mount reward, Reins of the Corrupted Dreadwing, only comes from Friendly reputation, so if you are only in this for the mounts, your farm time will be quick for this one! However, later rep rewards include the Hunter's Seeking Crystal at Honored, which is extremely useful for further reputation farming within Tanaan Jungle. At Revered, players unlock the Rukhmar's Sacred Memory toy and the more powerful Master Hunter's Seeking Crystal. At Exalted, the Blazing Firehawk battle pet and Order of the Awakened Tabard both become purchasable.

The Saberstalkers are another Tanaan Jungle-specific reputation added in Warlords of Draenor Patch 6.2. The Quartermaster, Z'tenga the Walker, is located in Fang'rila, southern Tanaan Jungle. The reputation grind for the Saberstalkers is quite simple, as it just requires elite mob kills in Fang'rila. The regular elites reward a baseline of 25 reputation each, while the rare elites, who spawn every 30 minutes and can be farmed on repeat, reward 500 reputation each. Rumble in the Jungle is a weekly quest rewarding 3,500 reputation requiring players to summon and defeat three different bosses.

At Honored reputation, the Wild Goretusk mount becomes purchasable. At Revered, the Savage Cub battle pet is available. Finally, at Exalted, the Bristling Hellboar mount and Saberstalkers Tabard become available. Note that many of the Saberstalkers reputation rewards require Blackfang Claw instead of gold or Apexis Crystals. Be sure to hang onto your claws as you grind out the rep!

The Steamwheedle Preservation Society are found primarily in the Draenor version of Nagrand, though the Quartermasters, Gazrix Gearlock (Stormshield) and Mimi Wizzlebub (Warspear), are located in the faction hubs.

Much like Hemet Nesingwary in Burning Crusade's Nagrand, the Steamwheedle's primary mode of reputation gain is through killing the NINE elite beasts roaming the area. The quests are as follows:

• Aogexon's Fang;
• Bergruu's Horn;
• Dekorhan's Tusk;
• Direhoof's Hide;
• Gagrog's Skull;
• Mu'gra's Head;
• Thek'talon's Talon;
• Xelganak's Stinger;
• Vileclaw's Claw.

Fragments of the Past and A Rare Find are repeatable turn-ins requiring players to retrieve Gorian Artifact Fragment and Highmaul Relic. Both these items can be looted from Highmaul Reliquary caches in northwestern Nagrand, or directly from Highmaul ogres.

At Revered reputation, players can obtain the Forest Sproutling and Albino River Calf battle pets. At Exalted, the Domesticated Razorback mount and Steamwheedle "Preservation" Society Tabard become purchasable, and players gain the Conservationist title.
