The best potion to use is Light's Potential. It increases your Strength significantly for its duration. Draught of Rampant Abandon provides slightly more Strength, but has a downside that is not always easy to play around.

Silvermoon Health Potion is the best option you have for a health potion.

Royal Roast and other similar food that buffs your Strength are the best food to use.

Thalassian Phoenix Oil is the best weapon oil to use.

If you want to use them, Void-Touched Augment Rune is the best choice.
