3. Consumables

Flask of the Countless Armies Icon Flask of the Countless Armies should be used for raids along with Potion of the Old War Icon Potion of the Old War as your potion of choice. You should eat Lavish Suramar Feast Icon Lavish Suramar Feast for the buff to your Strength. (or the cheaper Hearty Feast Icon Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food). Ancient Healing Potion Icon Ancient Healing Potion can be used in place of Healthstones.

If you can afford it, you should also use augment runes (which work in both raids and Mythic+ dungeons). Defiled Augment Rune Icon Defiled Augment Rune is the cheap rune with a one-time use.
