Phase 1:
- At the start of the phase every player will have three stacks of
Decree: Oath-Bound. If any stacks remain at the end of the phase you will be mind controlled (if you phase the boss early be making it reach 50% this will not happen).
- To remove
Decree: Oath-Bound stacks you must be hit by

- Healers: Random players will get
Banishment applied to them. When this expires it will trigger raid wide damage. There is also constant ticking damage from
Tyranny.
- Things to watch out for:
Besiege projectiles will fire from the edge of the room to the other side.
- Players with
Behead will need to run away from the raid. They will leave a scar on the ground and be pulled towards it.
- If you go near the edge of the room the dragons will swipe at you with
Fractal Claw be careful not to be pulled towards the edge when you have

- Tank Combo Explained:
- The boss will cycle through
Conquer and

- You want to take one of each ability. Be quick with your taunts. As a simple rule of thumb if you taunt swap during each cast you will be fine.
- The boss can't do patterns that alternate hits. This means there are four possible combinations:
- Pattern 1:
Conquer (Group) >
Vanquish (Tank Solo) >
Vanquish (Tank Solo) >
Conquer (Group)
- Pattern 2:
Conquer (Group) >
Conquer (Group) >
Vanquish (Tank Solo) >

- Pattern 3:
Vanquish (Tank Solo) >
Vanquish (Tank Solo) >
Conquer (Group) >

- Pattern 4:

Behead remains from Phase 1.
- The first time you enter this phase it will only last for a few mechanics, the second time is much longer.

- These players should run to the same edge of the platform together.

- Putting them in a similar location makes dodging this significantly easier.
Dimension Breath
- Tanks:
Dimension Breath will target the tank and deal a high amount of magic damage.
