Mechanic Breakdown (Normal/Heroic)
1.1.
Main Phase:
- The bosses do not share health and all need to die at a similar time. They will cast
Unstable Soul when they die.
- Tanks: Adarus cannot be tanked and will move around the room. Keep the other bosses stacked on top.
- Two
Devourer's Ire zones will spawn on the ground. These should be picked up by some mobile ranged DPS classes.
- Players with
Devourer's Ire can soak the
Encroaching Oblivion pools on the ground which are created when
Voidstep is cast.
- Healers: The players with
Devourer's Ire can be dispelled. This will make it jump to the nearest available player.
Blade Dance lines will appear during this phase. These should be avoided as they deal a substantial amount of damage.
The Hunt
- A random non tank player is targeted by a ghost which will cast
The Hunt on them.
- This will deal a lethal amount of damage to that player, but other players can split this damage with them.
- The player targeted by
The Hunt should extend the line of the mechanic so other players can get into it.
- Ideally they should move towards melee to ensure they assist with the soak, but moving to a ranged clump is sufficient.
- A random non tank player is targeted by a ghost which will cast

- Tanks:
Fracture and
Eye Beam
Fracture will create
Shattered Souls of the tank in the arena. These can be soaked by other players.
- Each
Shattered Soul reduces the healing taken by that tank by 33%.
- If any souls remain active for when the boss casts
Spirit Bomb the raid will wipe.
Eye Beam is a frontal beam on the tank which slowly pushes them away.
- Each tick increases the damage taken from
Eye Beam.
- After the channel ends the boss will cast
Felblade on the tank.
- When both mechanics have happened the tanks should swap.
- Healers: Raid wide damage events
- When the bosses are pulled
Fel Inferno will be cast. This creates the arena but applies a stacking DoT to the raid. Be ready for a cooldown on pull.
Spirit Bomb is cast shortly after
Fracture. This deals raid wide damage and applies a healing absorb to the raid.
Immolation Aura just deals ticking damage to the raid throughout the fight.
- When the bosses are pulled
1.2.
Intermission 1 (Adarus):
- For this intermission you should be spread out
- Melee DPS: The hitbox during this intermission is very large.
- In this intermission Adarus will create an
Event Horizon zone in the middle of the room and be constantly pulled towards it.
- If you touch the
Event Horizon you will take a very large amount of damage.
Collapsing Stars will be spawning from the edge of the arena and are slowly being pulled into the
Event Horizon.
- Soak the
Collapsing Stars to prevent them from reaching the middle and dealing a large amount of raid damage.
1.3.
Intermission 2 (Velaryn):
- For this intermission you should be spread out
- Melee DPS: The hitbox during this intermission is very large.
- Velaryn will summon ghosts which cast
Fel Rush on random players.
- Each player targeted will have a line from the ghost to them.
- Moving pivots the line. If you need to avoid another
Fel Rush, move up and down your line to prevent a chain reaction of movement happening!
1.4.
Intermission 3 (Ilyssa):
- For this intermission you should be stacked together
- Ilyssa will use
Infernal Strike to leap to an edge of the room.
- The landing impact deal a large amount of damage to any player in 18 yards and knock them away.
- Shortly after landing they will target a random player and cast
Fel Devastation towards them.
- This is a very wide and large cone so you should always be aiming to move behind the boss along the edge of the room.
1.5.
Heroic Changes:
The Hunt:
- Players inside of the soak will have a circle put around them.
- Any players inside of this will take additional damage.
Devourer's Ire:
- Players with this debuff will have a stacking debuff applied to them over time which increases the damage they take and the size of the healing absorb applied when they soak a pool.
- Healers: Dispels will be more frequent.
- Intermission 1:
- Soaking a
Collapsing Star will apply
Dark Residue.
Dark Residue can stack. More players will need to support with soaking these.
- Soaking a
- Intermission 3:
- If you are hit by
Fel Devastation you will be slowed.

- Healers: On the pull there will be a large amount of raid wide damage.

- Soak

The Hunt (if you are the target make the line bigger by moving).
- Avoid
Blade Dance lines and the
Voidstep charge.

- If you are targeted by
Fel Rush move up and down your line to avoid others.

1.9.
Intermission 3 (Ilyssa):
- Move as a raid along the edge of the room to follow the boss after
Infernal Strike.

Fel Devastation.
2.
Mythic Changes
The Hunt:
- Now targets three people.
- You can only soak one of the three lines.
- It would be advisable for the first line to path through the middle so melee soak it and the other two to the sides for ranged teams.
- New Ability:
Sigil of Chains
- This will grip the entire raid to Ilyssa and apply a 50% slow for 6 seconds.
- Shortly after this
The Hunt will be cast.
- New Ability:
Eradicate
- Ghosts will spawn behind players and cast a conal ability.
- These deal a large amount of damage adding extra friction to the encounter.
- Tanks:
Eye Beam
Eye Beam now increases the damage taken from
Felblade.
- This means that you do your taunt swap as soon as the
Eye Beam is about to end.
- Intermissions:
- All players are chained in groups of 3.
