This page will cover everything you need to know about the Shadow Enclave Delve in the Midnight Expansion, including strategies for events, trash, and bosses.

1.

Getting into the Shadow Enclave

Shadow Enclave is a Delve located on the Southwest side of Eversong Woods, by the Ruins of Deathholme.

This guide will provide all the specifics you need to complete the Shadow Enclave Delve across all tiers of difficulty (from Tier 1 to Tier 11). We will cover Delve events, optional bosses (rares), as well as end of the dungeon boss and their abilities. If you would like to learn about the rest of the Delves in Midnight, please see our overviews linked below.

Events and Trash Mobs in the Shadow Enclave

3.1.

Event #1: Mirror Shine

In this event, you must carry mirrors around to spread light through the dark corridors of the Delve, and prevent yourself from being eaten by grues. Mirrors must hit Shadow Nexuses to help spread the light further.

While standing in the light, both you and enemies are Dazzled, with an increasing chance of being critically struck.

3.2.

Event #2: Shadowy Supplies

In this event, the Twilight's Blade have crept back into the Delve, and you must "relieve" them of their valuables before they recover. Valuables are dropped from Twilight's Blade mobs or lootable on the ground around the Delve.

3.3.

Event #3: Traitor's Due

In this event you pursue Lord Antenorian, former mayor of Tranquillien turned Twilight's Blade leader, throughout the Delve. We do this by stopping rituals, deactivating void orbs, and purging cultists.

This Delve event variant is the one players experience throughout the Midnight leveling experience, as part of the Eversong Woods questline.

3.4.

Event #4: Infiltrate and Ameliorate

In this delve variant, the Children of Ula'tek have infiltrated the Shadow Enclave to attempt to summon Ula'tek herself, and we must sabotage their plans. We use subterfuge to cross the delve, kicking Ula'tek summoners into the abyss, as well as adding "oddball" ingredients to cauldrons. Some oddball ingredients are in places that are hard to reach, and you will need to locate jumping mushrooms to get to them.

Like all other Ula'tek event variants, you can loot Fungal Pharmacon Icon Fungal Pharmacon to help clear out patches of poison on the floor.

Lord Antenorian Delve Boss Guide

Lord Antenorian is the boss of the Mirror Shine, Shadowy Supplies, and Traitor's Due event variants of the Shadow Enclave. He is a very straightforward Midnight delve boss, with only two abilities; here is what you have to do to defeat him more easily:

  • All interrupts should go to Shadow Bolt, as Antenorian constantly casts it.
  • Throughout the fight, Antenorian will enshroud himself in Shadowveil Annihilation Icon Shadowveil Annihilation, becoming immune and starting a channel. If Antenorian finishes the channel, he deals lethal Shadow damage to everyone.
  • To counter this, kill the three Shadow Orbs that are linked with Antenorian through the channel. If all three are killed before the channel ends, the shield will break and Antenorian will take increased damage for a few seconds.

Abominable Blunder Delve Boss Guide

Abominable Blunder is the boss of the Infiltrate and Ameloriate event variant in the Shadow Enclave. A skipper summon gone wrong, he is full of poison:

  • Corrosive Bile Icon Corrosive Bile is the Abominable Blunder's most basic ability, where they spew a blob that deals Nature damage. Simply heal through it.
  • Searing Spew Icon Searing Spew summons an AOE around the Abominable Blunder that deals heavy Nature damage and slows the movement speed of anyone caught by it; sidestep it.
  • Acid Spray Icon Acid Spray channels waves of AOE damage for a few seconds, getting hit with these leaves a short-duration Nature dot. Just keep sidestepping until the cast is over.
