Parhelion Plaza Delve Guide: Location, Boss Strategies, and Trash

Last Updated: Aug 6, 2026 - 5:01 AM (13d ago)

This page will cover everything you need to know about the Parhelion Plaza Delve in the Midnight Expansion, including strategies for events, trash, and bosses.

1.

Getting into Parhelion Plaza

Parhelion Plaza is a Delve located on the West side of Isle of Quel'Danas.

This guide will provide all the specifics you need to complete the Parhelion Plaza Delve across all tiers of difficulties (from Tier 1 to Tier 11). We will cover Delve events, optional bosses (rares), as well as end of the dungeon boss and their abilities. If you would like to learn about the rest of the Delves in Midnight, please see our overviews linked below.

Events and Trash Mobs in Parhelion Plaza

3.1.

Event #1: Bombing Run

In this event, you must use a Improvised Arcane Device Icon Improvised Arcane Device to traverse void portals, enter Voidstorm areas, and destroy portals. You can only carry the device for 40 seconds at a time, and drop it when entering combat.

3.2.

Event #2: Holding the Line

In this event, you must help defend Parhelion Plaza against a Devouring Host attack. To help with that you have access to the Tempest Keep legendary weapons - The same ones you've rescued at the start of the main Midnight questline!

You'll also need to rebuild broken barricades as you progress through the Delve.

3.3.

Event #3: March of the Arcane Parade

In this event, you must make use of Quel'Danas Sentinel machines to destroy void pylons around Parhelion Plaza, while killing Devouring Host members in the process. There are plenty of machines scattered throughout the Delve, and they will rush towards the nearest pylon to destroy it.

3.4.

Event #4: Caustic Crush

In this event, Children of Ula'tek are summoning slimes throughout the delve, and we must once again stop them. As you progress through the Delve, you will obtain Fungal Pharmacon Icon Fungal Pharmacon to help clear the way, but make sure to dodge all waves thrown at you, as they will stun you and deal heavy Nature damage.

Gladius Slaurna Delve Boss Guide

Gladius Slaurna is the boss of the Bombing Run, Holding the Line, and March of the Arcane Brigade Delve variants in Parhelion Plaza. He is one of the tougher Delve bosses in Midnight, and can easily overwhelm you. Here is what you have to do to defeat him more easily:

  • At the start and then periodically throughout the fight, Slaurna will summon three Sacrificial Voidcaller; these NPCs will spam Void Bolt at you, which MUST be interrupted whenever possible. They have fairly low health so killing them should be priority due to Devouring Nova.
  • Devouring Nova Icon Devouring Nova doesn't do much besides a knockback on its own, but any Sacrificial Voidcallers still alive at the end of the cast will give Slaurna increased damage done and reduced damage taken.
  • Voidscar Raze Icon Voidscar Raze is easy enough to dodge, just make sure you're not in the line reticle for the spell.

Replicating Venomborne Delve Boss Guide

Replicating Venomborne is the final boss of the Caustic Crush event of Parhelion Plaza. This boss can become a bit tricky if not dealt with correctly:

  • Venom Splash Icon Venom Splash leaves a pool of poison behind that deals significant AOE damage and slows movement speed, easily dodgeable.
  • Hydra Strike Icon Hydra Strike deals Nature damage and leaves a DOT. Valeera can heal through this, but be careful as this effect does stack.
  • Serpentogenesis Icon Serpentogenesis is the Venomborne's most dangerous ability, where he spawns a bunch of Lesser Venomborne that attack you. The adds are not very dangerous on their own, but if left alive by the time the Venomborne casts another Serpentogenesis, they will heal the Venomborne for a percentage of his maximum health. Nuke them as they spawn and this is a non issue.
