This page will cover everything you need to know about the Atal'Aman Delve in the Midnight Expansion, including strategies for events, trash, and bosses.

1.

Getting into Atal'Aman

Atal'Aman is a Delve located on the Wast side of Zul'Aman, next to the Eversong Woods border.

This guide will provide all the specifics you need to complete the Atal'Aman Delve across all tiers of difficulties (from Tier 1 to Tier 11). We will cover Delve events, optional bosses (rares), as well as end of the dungeon boss and their abilities. If you would like to learn about the rest of the Delves in Midnight, please see our overviews linked below.

Storylines and Trash Mobs in Atal'Aman

3.1.

Event #1: Ritual Interrupted

In this delve event you will help stop a Vilebranch ritual. The Vilebranch have kidnapped several Spiritpaw Furbolgs and you must travel across Atal'Aman to free them.

3.2.

Event #2: Toadly Unbecoming

In this delve event the Vilebranch trolls are hexing Amani trolls, turning them into frogs. You must venture into the delve, using Vilebranch Hex Stick Icon Vilebranch Hex Stick to dispel them while dispatching of the Vilebranch troll invasion.

This delve event is a reference to dispelling frogs in the old version of the Zul'Aman dungeon, including a feature of Mojo, the iconic Zul'Aman pet.

3.3.

Event #3: Totem Annihilation

In this Delve event the Vilebranch trolls have defiled the shrine of Akil'zon and imprisoned the Loa, and you must destroy cursed totems throughout the Delve to free them. You can use the eagles to approach the Delve from different directions.

3.4.

Event #4: Venomous Vapors

In this Delve event, we're accompanied by an adventurer named Marla, who gives us tools to clean up a poison infestation summoned by the Children of Ula'tek.

Spiritflayer Jin'Ma Delve Boss Guide

Spiritflayer Jin'Ma is the boss of the Ritual Interrupted, Toadly Unbecoming and Totem Annihilation event variants of Atal'Aman. He is a very straightforward boss, and here is what you have to do to defeat him more easily:

  • Flaying Knife Icon Flaying Knife inflicts damage over time and flays your spirit into separate beings. Collecting spirits will give you a 10% damage increase for every spirit collected, so you'll want to delay how often you collect spirits to keep the damage increase buff going on for longer.
  • Raging Spirits Icon Raging Spirits spawns several effects on the floor that deal damage to players standing in them, as well as any spirits spawned by Flaying Knife. You'll want to collect spirits who are in Raging Spirit's area of effect to not risk missing out on their buffs.
  • Claim Spirits Icon Claim Spirits has Jin'Ma claiming any spirits who have yet to be gathered by your or your party. If you have any spirits still alive and unclaimed, make sure to do so before this cast ends, as Jin'Ma will receive damage buffs if they're claimed by him.
5.

Disciple of Vash'nik Delve Boss Guide

Disciple of Vashnik is the boss of the Venomous Vapors event variant of Atal'Aman. The disciple is not too bad of a boss with only three abilities to watch out for:

  • Toxic Froth Icon Toxic Froth leaves a Poison DOT on you for a few seconds. This is easily healed through.
  • Living Venom Icon Living Venom is a channel that invokes an AOE around the Disciple that must be side-stepped from. At the end of the cast, the Disciple spawns a slime add that can be cleaved down and doesn't do much on its own.
  • Malignance Icon Malignance is an interruptible cast that causes stacking Nature damage and reduces movement speed. This is the Disciple's most dangerous ability and must be interrupted whenever possible.
