This page goes over the current state of each class in Season 35 in respect to their solo speed clearing capabilities and provides a ranking of some of the builds currently available on the site.
Top Solo Speed GR Builds for each Class
Solo Speed GR is done first and foremost with experience farming efficiency in mind, measured in the speed of acquisition of Paragon levels; the item drop rewards cap out at GR90, which is a low bar for all capable builds. A good solo speed farming build will balance between speed (measured in both damage potential and maneuverability throughout the Rift levels) and toughness (measured in survivability, which translates in perseverance of buffs such as XP pools, etc.) When you factor in the time it takes to generate rift keys, you should aim for a clear time of between 2 and 5 minutes with your build. These are the builds that are optimized for rushing high rifts quickly to farm the most efficient experience for Paragon levels.
Barbarian
