The Healing Build is a good template to use when you are the only Support on your team. This build is designed to sustain Mana as long as possible while constantly casting Healing Brew. The Good Stuff will passively increase the healing of each brew. Let's Go! may be taken at Level 7 instead if you wish to cleanse crowd control. Jug of 1,000 Cups can be used for quick healing as needed, and can be cancelled to lower its cooldown. Pick Me Up and Mistweaver give excellent late-game healing.

With the Blind build, Li Li can keep enemies blind for long periods of time. Wind Serpent causes Cloud Serpent to cast a Blinding Wind at an enemy near your Cloud Serpent target. The key here is that this extra Blinding Wind will benefit from Blinding Wind Talents at later Levels. Wind Serpent pairs very well with Hindering Winds, because you can keep enemies blind and slowed for several seconds by alternating between Blinding Wind and Cloud Serpent. Alternatively, taking Gale Force with Wind Serpent will allow you to deal bonus damage to blind enemies, and will keep them blind longer. Pick Me Up is recommended over Two For One here, as the increased Healing Brew cooldown from Two For One is a bit inconvenient without Free Drinks.

The Cloud Serpent build takes Talents that improve the healing, duration, and damage of Cloud Serpent. This build will require more conservative use of Healing Brew than other builds, but provides superior support to your frontline. A Tank that is engaging into the enemy team will receive a great amount healing from a fully Talented Cloud Serpent. The serpent is ideally cast on a melee ally as they approach an enemy Hero. This will blind the target, help deal damage to the enemy, and heal your ally. Due to the lack of Healing Brew Talents, Jug of 1,000 Cups is strongly recommended with this build when Li Li is the only Healer.
Level 1 Talents for Li Li
Healing Brew's cooldown is reduced by 1 second and its Mana cost is refunded if it heals a Hero under 50% Health.
Casting Cloud Serpent also launches a Blinding Wind at the nearest enemy to the target (prioritizing Heroes).
Increase Fast Feet's duration by 125% and increase Mana regeneration by 125% while Fast Feet is active.
Free Drinks is an exceptional Talent for preserving mana. It allows Li Li to cast Healing Brew constantly during team fights, and reduces the cooldown of Healing Brew when allies need it most. This Talent works very well if you plan to build around Healing Brew.
Wind Serpent causes Cloud Serpent to cast a Blinding Wind at an enemy near your Cloud Serpent target. The key here is that this extra Blinding Wind will benefit from Blinding Wind Talents at later Levels. Wind Serpent pairs very well with Hindering Winds because you can keep enemies blind and slowed for several seconds by alternating between Blinding Wind and Cloud Serpent. Taking Surging Winds with Wind Serpent will allow you to keep enemies blind even more often. Wind Serpent works very well if you plan to build around Blinding Wind or Cloud Serpent.
Eager Adventurer gives you additional duration on Fast Feet and increases your mana regeneration while Fast Feet is active. You will inevitably take damage frequently throughout each match; this Talent gives you a mana return each time.
Level 4 Talents for Li Li
Cloud Serpent's duration is increased by 0.6 seconds every time it attacks a Hero.
If Blinding Wind hits 2 Heroes, its cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds and Li Li gains 10% Spell Power for 10 seconds.
Activate to gain Fast Feet for 3 seconds and increase its Movement Speed bonus to 30% while active.
Passive: Increase the movement speed bonus of Fast Feet to 15%.
Serpent Sidekick can extend the duration of Cloud Serpent. Cloud Serpents will remain much longer during team fights and skirmishes. This Talent is very strong when paired with other Cloud Serpent Talents.
Surging Winds can provide a temporary 10% improvement to your healing and damage from Abilities if both winds hit enemy Heroes. It also reduces the cooldown of Blinding Winds, which will benefit other Blinding Winds Talents.
Safety Sprint allows you to move at mounted speed for 3 seconds, and to benefit from Fast Feet without taking damage. Safety Sprint also slightly increases the movement speed bonus of Fast Feet's passive component. When combined with Eager Adventurer, Safety Sprint can make you much more mobile during team fights.
Level 7 Talents for Li Li
Healing Brew heals for an additional 42 (+4% per level) over 3 seconds. While Fast Feet is active, this heal amount is increased by 100%.
Cloud Serpent attacks bounce to hit 2 additional Heroes for 13 (+4% per level) damage and 10 (+4% per level) healing.
- Cooldown: 40 seconds
Activate to heal an allied Hero for 140 (+4% per level) and make them Unstoppable for 1 second. Let's Go's cooldown is affected by Fast Feet.
Cannot be used on Li Li.
The Good Stuff effectively increases the amount that each Healing Brew heals by about 23%. The additional healing is doubled while Fast Feet is active. It is a significant increase when you consider that Healing Brew is your primary healing Ability. The Good Stuff synergises well with Two For One because two Heroes can receive the additional healing from each cast of Healing Brew. This Talent fits well into builds focused around Healing Brew or Blinding Wind.
Let's Go! is a fantastic Talent that can save allies by making them temporarily immune to crowd control effects. Unlike other Talents in the game that cleanse crowd control, this one also heals the beneficiary. Additionally, Fast Feet can reduce the cooldown of Let's Go! significantly. If your team's success is threatened by Stuns or Roots, definitely take this Talent.
Level 10 Talents for Li Li
- Mana: 80
- Cooldown: 20 seconds
Channel for up to 6 seconds. Every 0.25 seconds, heal the lowest Health nearby allied Hero for 66 (+4% per level) Health and increase the cooldown of Jug of 1,000 Cups by 2 seconds, up to 50.

- Cooldown: 45 seconds
Li Li channels for 2 seconds, summoning a Water Dragon that hits the nearest enemy Hero within 12 range and all enemies near them, dealing 300 (+4% per level) damage and slowing their Movement Speed by 70% for 4 seconds.
Jug of 1,000 Cups provides a massive amount of healing for you and your team. It is the recommended Heroic whenever you are the only healer on your team.
Water Dragon is best taken when there is another healer on your team. If you are the only healer, it is usually best to take Jug of 1000 Cups instead. Water Dragon is a good option if your team composition needs more crowd control and damage.
Level 13 Talents for Li Li
Increase Blinding Wind's duration by 0.75 seconds. Li Li's Basic Attacks against Blinded Heroes deal 75% increased damage.
Blinding Wind Slows enemy Hero Movement Speed by 25% for 2 seconds.
Increase the number of enemies hit by Blinding Wind from 2 to 3. Blinding Wind deals 75% additional damage if all 3 enemies hit are Heroes.
Gale Force is great against Heroes who primarily deal damage via Basic Attacks. The additional blind duration and damage against blinded Heroes will help you to trade even more efficiently with these enemies.
Hindering Winds does not seem like much at first glance, but is a great Talent when you think about it. People typically try to briefly disengage when Blinded, in order to avoid poor trades. This Talent allows you and your allies to continue delivering Basic Attacks to the slowed Heroes, who would otherwise be able to reposition and wait for the Blind to expire.
Mass Vortex is primarily useful for its additional Blinding Wind target. If the enemy team composition includes three or more melee range Heroes, this Talent works very well.
Level 16 Talents for Li Li
Increases the number of allies healed by Healing Brew to 2, but increases the cooldown by 1 second.
Healing Brew's healing for Heroes is increased by 33% if they are under 50% Health.
Cloud Serpent heals its bearer for an additional 1% of their maximum Health each time it attacks.
Two For One increases Healing Brew's overall healing done when healing two targets, but reduces its healing done when used to heal a single target. Since you are a Support, you should always be with at least one ally where Two For One will always get some value. This Talent will usually result in the greatest healing in team fights. Sometimes a single ally will be prioritised by the enemy team and the increased cooldown of Healing Brew can make it difficult to keep them alive. This is when Pick Me Up is a great option, especially when used with Let's Go!.
Pick Me Up increases the single-target healing of Healing Brew when it counts the most. Whenever an ally is low on health, this Talent will give much stronger healing to the recipient. This Talent works well with Let's Go! and Mistweaver when you are facing burst damage.
Blessings Of Yu'lon is a great way to keep frontline warriors healthy, as it is more effective on Heroes with larger health pools. It should be paired with Serpent Sidekick for best results, but does not require a full serpent build in order to be effective.
Level 20 Talents for Li Li
Jug of 1,000 Cups heals two allies at a time.
After hitting a target with Water Dragon, another Water Dragon is summoned at the point of impact.
- Cooldown: 30 seconds
Activate to heal nearby allied Heroes for 149 (+4% per level). Basic Attacks and Cloud Serpent attacks reduce the cooldown of Mistweaver by 1 second.
Gain 8 Armor per second while Fast Feet is active, up to 30 Armor.
Jug of 1,000,000 Cups invests more power into Jug of 1,000 Cups, an Ability that can be completely negated if it is interrupted. Mistweaver can not be countered this way, and delivers its healing instantly. If you require additional healing output, Mistweaver is usually a better option.
Double Dragon is good option if you need to increase your damage and crowd control during team fights. Its low cooldown means that it should be available for every team fight at this stage in the game.
Mistweaver is a great way to increase your healing output. It heals almost as much as Healing Brew, but can hit multiple allies instantly. Mistweaver can help Li Li to deal with burst damage, something she otherwise struggles to mitigate.
Shake It Off gives Li Li Armor in addition to the movement speed and cooldown reduction of Fast Feet. This Talent allows Li Li to trade even better, and has strong synergy with other Talents that benefit from Fast Feet being active.
