Mass Hysteria is a Priest-only spell. This card was introduced with Rastakhan's Rumble and can now only be obtained through crafting. Below the card images, you will find explanations to help you use the card optimally in every game mode of Hearthstone.

General Comments

Mass Hysteria is an extremely powerful Priest AoE tool for dealing with wide boards. Although the card has a large random element to it, the card very frequently clears the board and leaves 1 minion alive in the worse-case scenarios.

Constructed Play

In Constructed, Mass Hysteria is used in nearly every Priest deck due to its excellent ability to clear the board.

Arena

In Arena, Mass Hysteria is great card. It fills a highly sought after ability to deal with boards of any size.
