General Comments
Avian Watcher is a powerful card. As a 4/7 Taunt for 5 Mana it is perfectly balanced in that it can be used as a proactive card in decks that use Secrets aggressively like Hunter, or as a defensive tool in a Control deck such as a Mage with Ice Block.
Constructed Play
In Constructed, Avian Watcher is a consideration for most decks that run Secrets, although it is at its most effective in decks that play Secrets that have activation conditions that are hard for your opponent to meet, such as Ice Block.
Arena
Avian Watcher is no longer available in Arena.
