Darkmire Moonkin is a neutral minion. This card was introduced with The Witchwood and can now only be obtained through crafting. Below the card images, you will find explanations to help you use the card optimally in every game mode of Hearthstone.

1.

General Comments

Darkmire Moonkin is a resilient minion that offers a good amount of Spell Damage for its Cost. When compared to Malygos, it is has lower Health and Spell Damage. However, the lower Mana Cost means it can also be combined with more spells in a single turn.

2.

Constructed Play

Diremire Moonkin does not see Constructed play. It is better to use either Malygos for a large boost in Spell Damage or multiple smaller minions such as Bloodmage Thalnos and Kobold Geomancer for a source of cheap Spell Damage.

3.

Arena

In Arena, Darkmire Moonkin is a fairly underwhelming card. The there are not enough cheap spells in Arena to consistently utilise the Spell Damage effect and its low Attack value make it poor at contesting the board.
