General Comments
Soup Vendor is a niche card that has a strong card draw effect when healing your Hero. It naturally synergises very strongly with Lifesteal effects due to them consistently healing your Hero. However, strategies built around healing your Hero are very weak, making the card fairly poor overall.
Constructed Play
In Constructed, Soup Vendor naturally fits the Warlock class most due to its natural ability to damage itself and then heal back up afterwards. However, the card is far too weak for high-level play.
Arena
In Arena, Soup Vendor is a fairly weak card. Self-healing cards are very low tempo and can be poor choices for Arena decks, leaving very few opportunities to get value from Soup Vendor.
