Brrrloc is a Shaman-only minion. This card was introduced with Knights of the Frozen Throne and can now only be obtained through crafting. Below the card images, you will find explanations to help you use the card optimally in every game mode of Hearthstone.

General Comments

Brrrlock is a cheap Murloc that helps support the Freeze Shaman archetype. Although it is part of the Murloc tribe, it is quite irrelevant as the card is only desirable for its Freeze effect, allowing it to function as a cheap activator for various Shaman Freeze synergies.

Constructed Play

In Constructed, Brrrlock is a solid choice as a cheap activator for Freeze Shaman decks. It is worth considering for filling out Murloc Shaman decks, however it is a low priority choice as there are many more powerful Murlocs available.

Arena

In Arena, Brrrlock is a reasonable minion. Although 2/2 is fairly weak stats for a 2-Mana minion, cheap Freeze effects are highly desirable as they are great for manipulating the board to get favourable trade in addition to helping protect valuable minions.
