Voltaic Burst is a Shaman-only spell. This card was introduced with The Boomsday Project and can now only be obtained through crafting. Below the card images, you will find explanations to help you use the card optimally in every game mode of Hearthstone.

Voltaic Burst is a cheap spell that can be used as removal or a way to simply add multiple minions to the board. Although 2 1/1s with Rush may not seem great, there is strong synergy with cards like Flametongue Totem available.

In Constructed, Voltaic Burst is a reasonable card for faster Shaman decks or those that wish to take advantage of the cheap Overload effect.

In Arena, Voltaic Burst is an average card. Any form of removal is always useful to have in Arena and as the damage is split between two separate 1/1 Rush minions, it has has the potential to split the damage across multiple targets.
