Blood Troll Sapper is solid minion that can turn cheap minions into burn damage. It synergises well with Warlock's ability to flood the board with ease.

In Constructed, Blood Troll Sapper does not fit into any high-level decks. Most Warlock decks that flood the board win through board control rather than burn damage and the high cost of the card means that it would often come into play after games have already been decided.

In Arena, Blood Troll Sapper is a below average card. As burn damage has almost no value in Arena, the card should be valued on its stats as a 7 Mana 5/8 alone.
