General Comments
Silvermoon Portal is a card that represents strong value in a vacuum, but due to the overwhelming number of 4-Mana cards that are available to Paladins it can be hard to find room for it in a deck. Purely just in terms of buffs the card is already competing with Blessing of Kings and Keeper of Uldaman on turn 4, with Truesilver Champion and Consecration also being staple cards.
Constructed Play
In Constructed, Silvermoon Portal can be considered in an aggressive deck, but is often outclassed by other buff options.
Arena
Silvermoon Portal is no longer available in Arena.
