Thing from Below is a Shaman-only minion. This card was introduced with Whispers of the Old Gods and can now only be obtained through crafting. Below the card images, you will find explanations to help you use the card optimally in every game mode of Hearthstone.

Thing from Below is a potentially powerful minion that can be played effectively for very little Mana. It can be discounted not only by the Totems summoned from your Hero Power but also by Totem type minions and additional Totems summoned by Tuskarr Totemic. This means that even if played on curve, it will usually have been discounted enough to be at least of acceptable value.

In Constructed, Thing from Below can be a part of most Shaman decks that are not completely focused on aggression. The ability to discount it to a low cost in the late-game, or to play it on curve as early as turn 4 makes it an extremely powerful option.

Thing from Below is no longer available in Arena.
