For most of the game, your priority should be to remove any minions played by the boss using cards like Shadow Word: Death and Time Rip. Once you have the Mana to do so, you can start to develop a board by combining minions like Sandhoof Waterbearer or Convincing Infiltrator with Grave Rune, Power Infusion, and Psyche Split.
