Gurubashi Hypemon is a Rogue-only minion. This card was introduced with Rastakhan's Rumble and can now only be obtained through crafting. Below the card images, you will find explanations to help you use the card optimally in every game mode of Hearthstone.

Gurubashi Hypemon is a high-variance card with a very powerful Battlecry. As there are a lot of Battlecry minions in the game, the caliber of minions offered can vary greatly, but under optimal conditions the card can simply win the game if a high-cost minions is offered, such as Onyxia.

In Constructed, Gurubashi Hypemon is reasonable enough to fit into most Rogue decks. However, it is especially powerful in decks that make use of Spirit of the Shark.

In Arena, Gurubashi Hypemon is an excellent card. As a 7 Mana 5/7, the card is reasonable by itself and it has the potential for so much additional value with its Battlecry.
