Necrium Vial is a Rogue-only spell. This card was introduced with The Boomsday Project and can now only be obtained through crafting. Below the card images, you will find explanations to help you use the card optimally in every game mode of Hearthstone.

Necrium Vial is a powerful Deathrattle trigger that can be devastating if used on the correct target. Although it is significantly more expensive than cards like Hunter's Play Dead, it can be combined with Preparation to negate most of the additional Mana cost.

In Constructed, Necrium Vial can see play in niche Deathrattle Rogue decks that can combine it with cards like Carnivorous Cube to swiftly populate the board.

In Arena, Necrium Vial is a very poor card. It is very unlikely you will be able to draft any minions with Deathrattle effects powerful enough to justify the high Mana cost of the card.
