General Comments
Ghost Light Angler is a cheap Murloc that benefits from the Echo effect. Although the stats of the card are quite weak, the Echo effect allows the card to be a solid late-game card while still being able to fit into an aggressive Murloc archetype.
Constructed Play
In Constructed, Ghost Light Angler can be considered for Quest Shaman decks. The Echo effect allows the card to contribute multiple times towards the Unite the Murlocs Quest and also function as a solid late-game card once resources are low.
Arena
In Arena, Ghost Light Angler is a reasonable card. Despite having subpar stats, the flexibility of the Echo effect allow the card to still be a reasonable pick.
