This budget control Priest can take care of most minions with ease. Through the use of removal like Shadow Word: Death and Shadow Word: Pain, controlling the board in the early game and mid game should be no issue. Once you reach the late game, you should try to set up a board of your own by combining your high-Health minions with spells like Power Infusion, Grave Rune, and Psyche Split to create a board that the boss is unable to remove.
