Electra Stormsurge is a Shaman-only minion. This card was introduced with The Boomsday Project and can now only be obtained through crafting. Below the card images, you will find explanations to help you use the card optimally in every game mode of Hearthstone.

Electra Stormsurge has a very powerful Battlecry ability for a 3 Mana minion with reasonable stats and a relevant minion-type. Though many of Shaman's spells are not particularly effective when doubled, Lightning Storm and Volcano become vastly more effective and reliable board clear spells when doubled with Electra.

Electra's minion-type and stats are not quite powerful enough for her to earn a spot in the average deck. You will need to be able to take advantage of her Battlecry ability for her to be a playable card, which should be easy for any deck with Lightning Storm and Volcano. Electra can also be used to combo with Lesser Sapphire Spellstone to create devastating boards, or to turn Healing Rain into something very close to Reno Jackson.

A 3 Mana 3/3 with upside is a perfectly playable card in the Arena, but the Battlecry ability on Electra will be far less reliable in the Arena than in constructed. For this reason, you should pick more powerful Legendary minions which are capable of taking over the game before picking Electra.
