Jade Druid is a very powerful archetype in the Knights of the Frozen Throne meta, which has led many top players to repeatedly refine the list to make it as powerful as possible. Always Lucky hit Rank #1 Legend with the archetype several times, before settling on the build presented here.

One of the strengths of this particular build is that it is not overly reliant on tech cards, which means that the deck should function for a long time to come.

1. Card List

This deck costs 5,720 Arcane Dust and it is made up of the following cards.

3. Comments On The Variation

This list does not use Gadgetzan Auctioneer.

While Zalae's Deck concentrates on beating the meta, this variant is more about consistency. The double Mire Keeper allows the deck to ramp up rapidly towards 10 Mana, at which point Ultimate Infestation is often playable while your opponent is still struggling to establish their gameplan.

The extra ramp also allows for Medivh, the Guardian to shine. If played early enough, the body is a real threat, while Atiesh is incredibly powerful with Ultimate Infestation. If Medivh is drawn later in the game, you should not be scared to use cheaper spells than Ultimate Infestation with it. There are several 5-Mana spells in the deck that benefit greatly from the presence of Atiesh.

4. Strategy Changes

The main difference in playstyle from the Featured Build is that you no longer have access to Gadgetzan Auctioneer. Ultimate Infestation is the card draw in this deck, and so you should consider how many Jade Idols you want in your deck before casting the Infestation. In general, you will want to have shuffled three Idols into your deck so as to draw more of them with your Infestation.

In Zalae's version, ramping into Infestation was a bigger deal than usual. In this variant of the deck, it is even more important. You will spend several cards getting to 10 Mana, and so casting Ultimate Infestation as soon as possible to refill those cards is of paramount importance.

5. Pros and Cons

This version of the deck is very consistent, and gets the most out of Ultimate Infestation of any good variant of the deck. It is not as heavily teched against some of the other common meta decks, and so might not have as many blowout victories as Zalae's deck. The lack of Gadgetzan Auctioneer can mean that occasionally the deck just draws horribly.

The Mana ramp in the deck is particularly stable, and tends to make up for the slight lack of consistency. A large amount of Mana means that any card in the deck is playable, and so it is difficult to have a bad hand for long.

6. Quick Mulligan

You should generally mulligan for the following cards:

If you have a particularly ramp heavy hand, it is usually okay to keep Ultimate Infestation. As always with Druid decks, you should plan out how your opening turns will look when considering which of your other cards you should keep. For example, you will often find that you can keep a Jade Behemoth as you are going to be able to cast it on Turn 4.
