Tier 2 pieces drop directly from bosses in Blackwing Lair, with the exception of the Legs piece, which drops from Ragnaros in Molten Core:

• Head: Helm of Wrath (Nefarian in Blackwing Lair)
• Shoulders: Pauldrons of Wrath (Chromaggus in Blackwing Lair)
• Chest: Breastplate of Wrath (Nefarian in Blackwing Lair)
• Wrists: Bracelets of Wrath (Razorgore the Untamed in Blackwing Lair)
• Hands: Gauntlets of Wrath (Firemaw, Flamegor, or Ebonroc in Blackwing Lair)
• Waist: Waistband of Wrath (Vaelastrasz the Corrupt in Blackwing Lair)
• Legs: Legplates of Wrath (Ragnaros in Molten Core)
• Feet: Sabatons of Wrath (Broodlord Lashlayer in Blackwing Lair)
