Augmentation Evoker PvP Stat Priority, Gear, and Trinkets — Midnight Season 1
Choosing your gear carefully is essential for your Augmentation Evoker in PvP. We give you a stat priority to help you choose items with the correct stats, followed by advice on how to select the rest of your gear and your trinkets.
This page is part of our Augmentation Evoker PvP Guide.
Stat Priority for Augmentation Evokers in PvP
The stat priority for Augmentation Evokers in PvP is as follows:
- Intellect
- Versatility
- Haste
- Mastery
- Critical Strike
Intellect is the best stat in all situations. Versatility is the most important secondary stat as it increases the healing you do and reduces the damage you take. Haste is the next best stat. This allows you to cast your spells faster and increases your overall damage output.
Gear Recommendations
In general, Augmentation Evokers want to get trinkets that increase their overall damage output. These trinkets can have a passive or on-use effect. For gear, you want anything that has Versatility and Haste on it. This will increase your overall damage output and your survivability. Here is the best equipment we recommend you use as an Augmentation Evoker.

Augmentation Evoker Tier Sets
As noted above, acquiring both your 2-set and 4-set bonus is crucial. It is important to note that ALL tier sets are nerfed to 33% effectiveness in PvP. Although this nerf is significant, tier sets are still important to acquire to maximize your chances to win. For Augmentation Evokers, this is your tier set.
- 2-set: Eruption damage increased by 15% and it extends
Ebon Might by an additional 0.3 seconds. - 4-set: While
Ebon Might is active, empower spells deal 20% more damage and cool down 20% faster.
Augmentation Evoker Embellishments
Embellishments are bonuses that can be put on crafted gear. These effects can have a drastic impact on the game. You are only allowed to have two Embellishments equipped at the same time. Here are the recommended Embellishments for Augmentation Evoker.
Prismatic Focusing Iris. This Embellishment causes your damaging spells and abilities to have a chance to deal damage to your target.
This is a flat increase to your overall damage output. Craft this on both rings or your neck.
Gems and Enchants
Here are the best enchants for a Augmentation Evoker:
- Helmet:
Enchant Helm - Blessing of Speed - Shoulder:
