Sylvanas Loot in Sanctum of Domination (Legendary Hunter Bow, Quiver, Mythic Mount) (9.1)

Sylvanas Windrunner drops a Hunter-only Legendary bow in Patch 9.1. Rae'shalare, Death's Whisper is quite unique, because it grants Hunters a completely new ability and it is also upgradable.

Once you obtain and equip Rae'shalare, Death's Whisper, you will automatically learn Wailing Arrow. The spell will be added directly to your spellbook. Wailing Arrow deals damage to a primary target and additional damage to nearby enemies, silencing them for 5 seconds.

• Wailing Arrow — Fire an enchanted arrow, dealing (277.5% of Attack Power) Shadow damage to your target and an additional (75% of Attack Power) Shadow damage to all enemies within 8 yards of your target. Targets struck by a Wailing Arrow are silenced for 5 seconds.

Rae'shalare, Death's Whisper can be upgraded, so if you receive the weapon on Normal difficulty, you can kill Sylvanas Windrunner on Heroic or Mythic difficulty to get a consumable that upgrades the Legendary bow.

• Wraithwisp Sinew drops on Heroic difficulty and improves the bow to Item Level 246.
• Ethereal Fletching drops on Mythic difficulty and the consumable improves the bow to Item Level 259.

Sylvanas also drops Dark Ranger's Quiver. This unique back attachment looks like a quiver and comes with an effect that synergizes well with Wailing Arrow granted by Rae'shalare, Death's Whisper.

• Withering Fire — Every 10 shots, trigger Withering Fire, striking up to 5 enemies in front of you for Shadow damage.

Sylvanas drops Edge of Night, a Rogue dagger that comes with the following effect:

• Banshee's Blight — Your attacks apply Banshee's Blight, giving your finishing moves a 3% chance per Combo Point spent to deal Shadow damage. Banshee's Blight stacks up to 4 times as the target becomes more injured.

Finally, Sylvanas drops Old Warrior's Soul. This trinket references Saurfang, who she killed in Battle for Azeroth. It has two unique effects:

• Undying Rage — While in combat your rage builds, increasing your Haste by 28 every 20 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.
• Endless Duty — When a nearby ally's health drops below 50%, sacrifice 0 of your health to heal them for the same amount. May only occur every 1 minute.

Vengeance's Reins is the Mythic-only mount that has a guaranteed chance to drop when you defeat Lady Sylvanas Windrunner on Mythic difficulty.
