Tier 18 sets were introduced with the second raid tier of Warlords of Draenor: Hellfire Citadel. Paladins have 3 Tier 18 sets: Normal set (item level 695), Heroic set (item level 710), and Mythic set (item level 725). Pieces for Tier 18 sets cannot be obtained through LFR.

Pieces for the Tier 18 Normal set are created by tokens that drop from select bosses from Hellfire Citadel, in Normal difficulty.

• Chest: Cuirass of the Ceaseless Vigil, dropped by Mannoroth

• Legs: Greaves of the Ceaseless Vigil, dropped by Gorefiend
