The Trading Post is a new in-game shop introduced in Patch 10.0.5. It is a place for players to buy cosmetics, mounts, and pets, with a currency called Trader's Tender. Players earn Tender by purchasing bundles from the store, logging in to the game, and completing different activities every month.

The Alliance trading post is called T&W and can be found just outside of the Mage District in Stormwind.

The Horde Zen'shiri Trading Post is next to Grommash Hold in Orgrimmar.

To buy the unique cosmetics, you must earn, Trader's Tender, an account-wide currency available by logging in each month and by completing various activities in the Traveler's Log.

Trader's Tender can be earned in three ways ways:

• Automatically each month, by logging in and heading to the Trading Post, you can collect 500 Trader's Tender every month from a chest called the Collector's Cache.
• By completing monthly activities in the Traveler's Log &dmdash; A monthly set of activities provides the opportunity to earn up to 500 additional Trader's Tender.
• Trader's Tender is also bundled with some store items, like cosmetics and mounts. Make sure to check out the in-game shop for more details.

You can earn a maximum of 1,000 Trader's Tender from activities every month. Trader's Tender does not reset and will carry over to the next month if you do not spend it.

At the first of each month, players with an active account in good standing will receive 500 Trader's Tender automatically. If you do not have active game time on your account or are not a subscriber at the start of a new month, you will receive Tender on the first day of the month when you have game time or an active subscription.

The second way to earn a Tender is to complete monthly activities listed in the new Traveler's Log. Each month features a rotating, themed set of activities. You can make only a set amount of Tender each month by completing activities; you will not need to complete all the ones in the log. You can pick and choose from various fun in-game activities to easily earn Tender. Generally, the activities awarding Tender revolve around completing quests, battlegrounds, taking part in holiday activities, and running Mythic+ dungeons.

The Traveler's Log can be found as a new tab in the Adventure Journal (Shift-J by default).

A bar at the top of the User Interface (UI) will show your progress in earning Tender. At certain thresholds, Tender will be deposited into your Collector's Cache for pickup. Additional Trader's Tender is also obtained by filling the bar.

You will receive 100 Tender every time you fill the bar by 20%, up to 100%.

When you fill the Traveler's log to 100% this month, you will receive the Teele battle pet.

You can browse the goods currently on rotation by talking to one of the traders.

If you cannot afford to buy an item in the Trading Post, you can freeze it, so it will be available to you next month when you have accrued enough Trader's Tender. You can only freeze one item each month.

When you buy something in the Trading Post, you will have 2 hours to return it. You will be refunded 100% of the Trader's Tender you spend on that item.
