Dragonflight Mythic+ Season 2 Guide (10.1)

Dragonflight Mythic+ Season 2 will start on May 9 in North America or May 10 in Europe.

When Season 2 starts, Keystones will drop by 9 levels in addition to any normal weekly reduction that may have occurred.

• Example 1: You completed a +15 the week of May 2-9, but did not time it. The resulting key would normally drop by 1 level because your highest key was not timed (15 > 14). It will then drop an additional 9 levels due to the season rollover decay (14 > 5).
• Example 2: You timed a +15 the week of May 2-9. The resulting key would normally be level 15 because you had time the 15 last week, but it would then drop by 9 levels due to season rollover decay (15 > 6).

Patch 10.1 brought a slew of changes to existing affixes that we outline below.

• Bolstering no longer increases the health of affected enemies (was health and damage).
• Raging now grants enemies immunity to crowd control for 20 seconds upon reaching 30% health remaining (was 50% increased damage done until defeated).
• Sanguine Ichor puddles now last for 12 seconds (was 20).
• Spiteful Shades melee damage reduced by 10%. Health and damage no longer scale after Keystone level 20.
• Afflicted, Incorporeal, Storming and Volcanic are now keystone level 7 affixes (was level 4).
• Bolstering, Bursting, Raging, Sanguine and Spiteful are now keystone level 14 affixes (up from level 7).

Season 2 introduces the following new affixes Incorporeal, Afflicted, and Entangling.

• Incorporeal — While in combat, incorporeal beings appear and attempt to destabilize players with spells that reduce their damage and healing done. Incorporeal beings are susceptible to all forms of crowd control.
• Afflicted — While in combat, Afflicted Souls appear that seek the aid of players. Afflicted Souls spawn with poison, curse,
• Entangling — While in combat, entangling vines snare players.

Quaking, Grievous, and Explosive have been retired from Season 2.

We currently have not enough data to determine the full affix rotation for Season 2. The section will be updated in the future when we will learn more.

• Week 1: Tyrannical, Storming, Raging.
• Week 2: TBA.

The dungeon rotation pool available in Season 2 has been updated in Patch 10.1 and includes the remaining four Dragonflight dungeons and four from previous expansions.

• Brackenhide Hollow (Dragonflight dungeon);
• Halls of Infusion (Dragonflight dungeon);
• Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr (Dragonflight dungeon);
• Neltharus (Dragonflight dungeon);
• Freehold (Battle for Azeroth dungeon);
• The Underrot (Battle for Azeroth dungeon);
• The Vortex Pinnacle (Cataclysm);
• Neltharion's Lair (Legion).

For easier access to dungeons from previous expansions that are on rotation, convenience portals have been added in Valdrakken. They can be found to your right as you enter the stairway to the Seat of the Aspects. Lindormi is standing before them.

A portal to Badlands can be found in a room where Sorotis is located (25.26 39.34).

The item level of dungeon rewards and Great Vault loot is increasing in Patch 10.1 as follows:

The Dragonflight Weekly Chest requires you to clear a certain number of Mythic dungeons per week to unlock item choices in the Dungeons category. You can find more details about the Great Vault and the requirements in our separate guide.

You can upgrade gear with Valor in Valdrakken in Gladiator's Refuge. Talk to Corxian, located at 45.43 38.54.

Dungeon gear follows the same pattern as all PvE gear in the game in Season 2. There are multiple types of upgradeable gear, with each type having different item-level ranges.

• Explorer Gear — Item Level 376-395;
• Adventurer Gear — Item Level 389-411;
• Veteran Gear — Item Level 402-424;
• Champion Gear — Item Level 415-437;
• Hero Gear — Item Level 428-441;
• Mythic Gear — Starts at Item Level 444 (cannot be upgraded).

Valor is no longer used for upgrades. Instead, dungeon gear uses Flightstones and Shadowflame Crests for gear upgrading.

You will also find Dungeon gear in the Great Vault. The item level of gear/rank is determined by the lowest level of your top 1, 4, and 8 dungeons.

Seasonal rewards include a title, mount, dungeon teleports, and an item that unlocks additional visual effects for Primalist Raid Tier Sets.

• Dragonflight Keystone Explorer: Season Two — Attain a Mythic+ Rating of at least 750 during Dragonflight Season 2.
• Dragonflight Keystone Conqueror: Season Two — Attain a Mythic+ Rating of at least 1,500 during Dragonflight Season 2. Rewards The Smoldering title.
• Dragonflight Keystone Master: Season Two — Attain a Mythic+ Rating of at least 2,000 during Dragonflight Season 2. Rewards the Inferno Armoredon mount. When you earn the achievement, you will also receive Dragonflight Season 2 Master and 1 Draconic Mark of Mastery, which can be turned in for 1 Heroic Aberrus tier set armor piece.
• Dragonflight Keystone Hero: Season Two — Attain a Mythic+ Rating of at least 2,500 during Dragonflight Season 2. You will automatically earn the Dragonflight Season 2 Hero achievement and Obsidian Aspectral Earthstone, that unlocks additional visual effects for certain Aberrus class set appearances. The unlock is account-wide.
• Dungeon Teleports — Earned for each dungeon by completing a +20 or higher in that dungeon.

The Keystone Master mount for this season is Inferno Armoredon.

You can earn dungeon teleports by completing a timed Keystone Level +20 higher run for that dungeon.

• Keystone Hero: Brackenhide Hollow — Complete Brackenhide Hollow at Mythic Level 20 or higher, within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: Brackenhide Hollow.
• Keystone Hero: Halls of Infusion — Complete Halls of Infusion at Mythic Level 20 or higher, within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: Halls of Infusion.
• Keystone Hero: Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr — Complete Uldaman Legacy of Tyr at Mythic Level 20 or higher within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr.
• Keystone Hero: Neltharus — Complete Neltharus at Mythic Level 20 or higher, within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: Neltharus.
• Keystone Hero: Freehold — Complete Freehold at Mythic Level 20 or higher, within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: Freehold.
• Keystone Hero: Neltharion's' Lair — Complete Neltharion's Lair at Mythic Level 20 or higher, within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: Neltharion's Lair.
• Keystone Hero: The Underrot — Complete The Underrot at Mythic Level 20 or higher, within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: The Underrot.
• Keystone Hero: The Vortex Pinnacle — Complete The Vortex Pinnacle at Mythic Level 20 or higher within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: The Vortex Pinnacle.

• Keystone Hero: Algeth'ar Academy — Complete Algeth'ar Academy at Mythic Level 20 or higher, within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: Algeth'ar Academy.
• Keystone Hero: Ruby Life Pools — Complete Ruby Life Pools at Mythic Level 20 or higher, within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: Ruby Life Pools.
• Keystone Hero: The Nokhud Offensive — Complete The Nokhud Offensive at Mythic Level 20 or higher, within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: The Nokhud Offensive.
• Keystone Hero: The Azure Vault — Complete The Azure Vault at Mythic Level 20 or higher, within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: The Azure Vault.
• Keystone Hero: Halls of Valor — Complete Halls of Valor at Mythic Level 20 or higher, within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: Halls of Valor.
• Keystone Hero: Court of Stars — Complete Court of Stars at Mythic Level 20 or higher, within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: Court of Stars.
• Keystone Hero: Shadowmoon Burial Grounds — Complete Shadowmoon Burial Grounds at Mythic Level 20 or higher within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: Shadowmoon Burial Grounds.
• Keystone Hero: Temple of the Jade Serpent — Complete Temple of the Jade Serpent at Mythic Level 20 or higher within the time limit. Reward: Teleport: Temple of the Jade Serpent.
