There are 4 Priest Arena Season 16 blue-quality sets: Alliance Primal Aspirant's (item level 600), Alliance Primal Combatant's (item level 620), Horde Primal Aspirant's (item level 600), and Horde Primal Combatant's (item level 620). Both Alliance sets look the same and both Horde sets look the same.

Primal Aspirant's gear is no longer available.

Primal Combatant's gear is sold by Bregg Coppercast (Alliance, Stormshield) and Stone Guard Brokefist (Horde, Stormshield). Head, Chest, and Legs items cost 3x Mark of Honor Icon Mark of Honor. Shoulders and Hands cost 2x Mark of Honor Icon Mark of Honor.
