Whelp Daycare Guide

Whelp Daycare revolves around becoming a whelp-tender and completing a series of time-gated daily quests to unlock various rewards.

Talk to Herald Flaps to accept the Eggs in Abundance quest that leads you to Amelia at the Ruby Lifeshrine, where you will learn about becoming a Whelptender. Then, you will be on your way to the Little Scales Daycare in the westernmost point of Valdrakken to prepare for your first whelp.

Completing the daily quests at the daycare will earn you Flightstones, gold, and more. The quests are time-gated, and it will take 16 days to complete them all and earn all the rewards.

Finishing the non-daily quest lines for each whelp awards 2 pets (one battle pet and one non-battle pet). In total, you can unlock up to 11 pets.

When you complete all 5 whelp graduation quests, you will receive the Hey Nanny Nanny achievement and the Whelptender title. Finishing every single daily quest once (there are 16 quests in total) rewards the Whelp, There It Is achievement and the Axel battle pet.

When you complete all quests, you can complete races with the whelps. Completing them all earns you the Daycare Derby achievement and a toy that lets you get carried around by your new whelp friends for a short duration.
