The stat priority for Restoration Shaman in PvP is as follows:
Intellect is the best stat in all situations. Versatility is the
strongest secondary stat at all times due to it reducing the damage you take
and increasing your healing output. You also want to focus on getting Mastery.
This increases the effectiveness of your
Mastery: Deep Healing.
Mastery is very important for healing throughput, after focusing on Versatility.
Gear Recommendations
You want to use PvP items specifically since they have increased item level in PvP combat. It is essential to be wearing 2 PvP trinkets. This will give you a Stamina boost from Gladiator's Distinction (Stamina +10% for healers, was 15%) that will increase your survivability.
